“It was my first time ordering with Petwell and I was a little dubious to be honest as I had read a few quite negative reviews, amongst good ones ! I have to say I need not have worried as the whole experience was a really positive one and I would without question order from this company again . A couple of top things which are important to me and which impressed me are as followed... Responded quickly to emails. Packed goods very well with plenty of protective bubble etc which is something not every company sadly does.”

“Our old dog was finding it difficult to put up with a new puppy which has come into our lives. The Vet recommended we tried the Adaptill Collar and other products. The Collar our Vet supplied in the first instance but was expensive. We found we could get the same Collar from Petwell much cheaper which as we are Pensioners was most helpful.”
