Firstly, we would like to clarify that as per our returns policy we do provide a Freepost returns label or we arrange for items to be collected as long as we are contacted prior to returning the item. Unfortunately, we have not received any communications from yourselves. After checking your account, we can see that you have only ordered a single item from us which is small enough to be sent as a standard package with Royal Mail. “First time I have used Petwell but I will definitely use again. I had been looking for eco friendly doggy bags and they were almost half the price of anywhere else on this site. They were delivered really quickly and I am delighted with both the product and service.”
