“Medication not sent just left me with no contact they said just leave it to us no hassle not the case really poor service left me without my medication”
“My last 2 prescriptions were paid for only to be told they didn't have my medication in stock. They informed me the prescription was returned to the NHS database and to go to a local pharmacy with 2 codes. Pharmacy insisted I paid again! and to goto to Pharmacy2u for a refund. No refund. Pharmacy2u told me to go to my bank for a refund!!! Appalling service. Shocking. Avoid at all costs.”
“I would give them no stars if possible. I'm steroid dependant and they are always saying they haven't received my prescription from the Dr's to find out they have sent. Not receiving all my meds. This time they split my prescription in half. Received one half still waiting for the other half which has been in their warehouse for days. I need my meds on time.
I've cancelled my prescription and they have given me a number to pass to the chemist.
Awful service.”
“I used pharmacy2u a few years ago for my late husbands medication and the service was fairly good so during the covid 19 lockdown I started using it for my mother. It has been a nightmare prescriptions are never complete and they usually take nearly 2 weeks from the time they are received by them from the GP and being dispatched”
“I ordered medication and then received an email stating that my GP had not replied, so I called my surgery to be told they had sent them a prescription out, still was told the surgery had not sent this so ended up calling surgery to get one sent to my local pharmacy, The next time I ordered again I had an email saying they had not had a reply from my surgery I then had another email saying they had received prescription and the medication would be delivered. I order 2 times a month and only 1 item turned up so again I was on the phone to my GP to order another prescription. Hubby ordered his medication 4th Aug he spoke to GP on the 25 Aug and no prescription had been requested.”
“I've been using Pharmacy2U without any major problems for a year but my last order came without one item. I contacted Pharmacy2U who initially said that they would conduct an investigation. I chased them three weeks later to see what was happening as I was still waiting for the item to be dispatched and they told me that their CCTV had showed that it was packed. I can't trust them anymore as the medication was definitely not in the box that arrived. I am concerned about their processes and that the NHS is footing the bill for their mistakes. I am switching to a different provider.”

“'ve been using P2U for some considerable time, but their service has gone down hill in the past year. They regularly remind me to order meds, which I do, then email to say they haven't heard from my GP. I've complained to the surgery who have said that they haven't received an order from P2U and that this is a constant problem with multiple patients blaming them for P2U's issues. My wife also has the same problem, so we shall be removing ourselves from this service and returning to the GP/local chemist.”
“Dire, registered early before I needed a repeat prescription, emailed twice within days asking why I hadn't placed an order (had place item ready to check out but too early to order), contacted them and asked to be removed from being chased then received an email asking if I was having problems using the service, having already said I wasn't. Eventually placed order only to be told about a week later they can't get it and to go to a Pharmacy!”
“I ordered Diclofenac with the pharmacy2U. After 10 days and 4 chat's online still my order was not delivered. The pharmacy2U could not get hold of my medicine. Diclofenac is a common medicine and I don't understand that it was not possible to get the medicine. I know went to my local pharmacy in the village and got my medication within two days. Also as seen if you register with pharmacy2u they automatic put themselves as your nominated pharmacy. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recumbent the online service to anyone.”
“Do not use under any circumstance Absolutely shocking service - due to Covid-19. My local surgery closed so My first prescription for medicine sent electronically here. I’m still waiting two days later for a prescription that I need due to health Use NHS app and register to your local chemist rather than these cowboys.”
“They have had my prescription for 11 days and have still not dispensed it, no update to say they are out of stock or anything. I have now been without meds for 5 days. If they are unable to dispense they should return the EPS. See enclosed pic for proof of date! I will be reporting them to the relevant bodies and have cancelled them as my nominated pharmacy.”
“I have been trying to contact them for a week, but just says no operators and hangs up. My prescription was dispensed over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived”

Don’t even bother raise a complaint as they will tell you, that the CCTV has been checked and youR medicine was packed.”

“I started using this app about 4 weeks before the corona virus lockdown, I’ve had to self isolate for an operation which in its self is bad enough, then u have these clowns who are incapable of doing what they promise, you get emails saying it’s on it’s way, then another saying waiting for approval etc, on most prescriptions I’ve had issues. The most frustrating one was i wrote a detailed email at night when I could think straight and not in as much pain.
Two days later I got a reply saying “Due to the corona virus they are very busy and will be deleting any emails sent OUT of office working hours. I’m still waiting for medicine. My wife just managed to get a prescription off the Doctor who said there having nothing but issues with them, my advice if the meds are very important which normally they are use a different method. They’ve not even replied to my last email wrote IN office working hours. That in it self shows how they think of there customers and ultimately there health. Stay Clear, Protect Yourself, Save Your Money #charlatans”
