“A couple of initial setbacks but a swift resolution from Damon kept us regularly updated and orders paid within a couple of days as promised, minus a small reasonable reduction for screen scratches. In future it would be beneficial to have a working phone number and emails to the generic address answered but glad everything worked out in the end anyway.”

“Made account 2pm Wednesday. Pack received and posted back Thursday. All confirmed OK on Friday. Money in my account Saturday. What can I say.......... Absolutely flawless. I would have no hesitation in using this company........... They do what they say. Thanks PhoneConvert.”

“Excellent company from start to finish. Gave us a price, sent us pre-paid packaging and then let us know the phone had arrived and was being tested. Two days later confirmation that payment had been sent. Cannot fault that.”

“Sent off my phone on Friday and got paid on Tuesday. The quoted price was the exact price paid. I had previously sent the same phone elsewhere and the other company offered a lower price stating it was scratched etc but no such bsck with phone convert. Super impressed and will use again.”

“Great price for my old phone, better than most other companies. Dealt with my query really quickly and efficiently, (many thanks for that). Posted the phone late Friday afternoon and money was in my Paypal account by Monday. Only slight quibble was that the packaging they sent to me was a bit flimsy, so I added some more protection. All in all, a great experience and would definitely use them again and highly recommend.”
