“When I made an online enquiry I didn't really expect a call but I received a call the same day . I explained that I was due an upgrade to my contract with T mobile but hadn't been able to get any good deal from then . The person from phones4u was really helpful . He asked about my usage , preferences etc and after a short hold came back with a perfect deal. I received my new phone on a new contract with ee within 2 days and got a £50 cash back . Great service !”

“The team at Wakefield Ridings centre were very helpfull making every effort to get the right deal for me. They explained all the offers and things available before finalising my bespoke package, un like the "car phone warehouse" where they were happy to point me in the direction of a poster on the wall with the current offers on. A week later when i needed help setting up sky sport on my phone the team helped again and spent half an hour showing me a phone numpty how to operate it correctly. Many thanks Phones 4 U”
