My phone stopped charging despite using various chargers. The phone isn't 6 months old. I sent it back for repair and all of my contacts were erased. It is still only charging intermittently and I'm too fed up to bother sending it back again. I'm left with a very unreliable phone which cost a few hundred pounds.

Buying the phone was not an unpleasant experience but when I went into the shop to discuss it not working properly the person in the shop was dismissive and a little rude also they appeared to have lost all of my information from purchasing the phone as they had no record of me buying a phone there so just said there was nothing they could do leaving me a bit lost and let down

Renewed contract from Samsung s2 to a note 3 on orange. Took me 4 months of ringing orange to get the right contract I signed up for from phones 4 u/dial a phone. Attempted to get phones 4 u to sort out their mess bit told to go to orange instead. Going tesco mobile next time I think.

Hello Matthew, Thanks for your post! I'm sorry to hear that you had a problem with your contract when you received it. If it was a problem with the tariff and you weren't on the tariff that we agreed to at point of sale we ca help with this. We have a back office team that liaise with the networks closely and they would send across the relevant details needed to the network in order to get this fixed. Thank you for making us aware though as I will pass your comments on. Thanks, Sam.

When in the shop buying a product staff could not have been more helpful. After sales care could not have been worse. All staff in store and on the phone and online all refused to help.

I went Phones 4U as they were able to offer several network providers as my signal with Tesco mobile at my home was poor. I was advised that EE would be much better and therefore I switched to them. However now with EE I often don't have any connection at all so therefore I was wrongly advised and sold.

Hi John, Thanks for your post! I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your signal. At point of sale we will check your postcode with your chosen network, as this does give us an idea of what the signal will be like. I can see that with EE it is showing as good signal for your area. What I would advise is speaking to EE to run more in depth signal checks for your area. If there is no improvement, then you can speak with them to see if they do any sort of signal booster box. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Many Thanks, Sam.

I was given several pieces of information about how long it would take for my new phone to activate, so I followed what the on line help section said, which said phone if over 24 hours have elapsed, only to be told it would be up to 4 working days. Irritated by the conflciting information, and also I think it should be made clear up front there will be a significant delay, as I would have purchased elsewhere.

Hi Phil, Thanks for your post! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and delay that has been caused with the connection of your new upgrade. I understand that you have since spoken with a member of our Customer Service Team and they confirmed the process and timescales, as it was an upgrade you should still have had access to your old Sim Card. Thank you for providing us with your feedback on this, I will make sure it is passed on for future consideration. Thanks, Sam.

I bought a phone on contract for my daughter, I asked could there be some sort of block put on it so she did not run up a huge bill. The answer was no she just needed to turn something off on her phone and she would use the household wifi. A larger than expected bill arrived for her first payment so I again rang up and asked if there could be some sort of block on and the advisor again said no. The next month the bill was £60+ and I rang again very upset, the advisor said she could this time block my daughter from using the internet and she could only use the available wifi. I wanted to know why she could do this but the previous advisors could not, she said she could not answer for other peoples actions. I emailed twice a complaint letter and both times received an email saying someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I was most upset as I'm not on a high paid job and only agreed with my daughter to take the contract out if the bill was low. I would not recommend your services to someone else. I can imagine I will hear nothing back from this also but if you care to my address is karenb2503@hotmail.co.uk

Purchased contract phone galaxy s5. Was told I didn't need to do a thing and I could keep my number and wouldn't need to set up voice mail. My old phone simple went dead half a day before my new phone arrived, being self employed this means I probably lost business. When the new phone arrived I put new sim in and thought great. Couple of days went by. Thought it strange I had no voice mail. Checked to find it no longer was active. So I recorded a new message as the original one wasn't their as I was told it would be. Thought great couple of days later still no messages. Then I checked from another phone to find it still didn't work. Had to phone them up to find they needed to activate it their end. Finally voicemail sorted and probably a few jobs lost. A month later i get a letter saying im in debt for non payment. How? I gave them all dorect debit info etc.. was told it would be done automatically. Another call tp sort this out. Few months later I get a letter saying the insurance I took out for the phone is invalid because I have not made any payments. How? The money going out for the insurance was showing on my bank statement they had been taking it. Another call they said sorry it was a mistake. So I cancelled the insurance. My advice don't bother with them.

Initially agreed to a contract with 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 500mb of data but when my first bill arrived it showed I was only entitled to 250 minutes. Queried this with my network first who told me no such tariff existed so should not have been sold to me. Spoke to phones4u who said this information is incorrect and they would get back to me within 24 hours. Nearly 6 months later I am still waiting for that phone call. my recent bills show this issue has been fixed but it would be nice to have received confirmation. Also less than a week after I received my phone/contract the same deal was advertised again but with a better phone.

Hi Rachel, Thanks for your review! I've located your account and I can see that we sent a copy of your tariff agreement across to the network to be amended. I am so sorry about this and the inconvenience that has been caused, I can see that this has now been resolved and updated with the network for you. Many Thanks, Sam.

Whilst the deal I was offered came with cash back, that positive point paled in the light of the fact that my contract took a whole month to be activated by Phones 4 U on the EE network. The wait was annoying, calling customer service constantly did not help at all until I went into a Phones 4 U store and threatened to dump the entire deal.

Had to sort out own phone number switch over between old and new provder. Once phone purchased. No real after sales service when things not right. Just told to call provider or manufacturer. Once phone purchased, I felt you no longer valued my custom.

HI Mandy, Thanks for your post! I can assure you that this is not the case and we always value our customers. In regards to a keeping your old number on a new contract, you would need to contact your previous network provider to get a PAC code. This is not something that we have access to for security reasons, once you have this if you pass it on to your new network they will simply transfer your number across. I'm so sorry that you did feel this way, and if you do ever need anything in future please don't hesitate to contact us via the Live Chat on our website! Thanks, Sam.

Applied in store for a pay monthly contract and was declined following a credit check. This is nonsense I recently obtained a copy of my credit history and work in banking so know my credit is fine. I re-applied for the exact same deal online via Phones4u and was approved. Poor service as presumably the sales assistant keyed my info incorrectly in store causing the fail.

The phone came on time and have no complaints about that but the tablet which came with it was faulty would not connect to the Internet and after 2 weeks stopped working all together. The headphones took two months to arrive at which point I had moved house so missed the delivery and could not change the delivery address.
