AVOID - THEY ARE SELLING COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS Ref Order: ORDER #MP202207***** Order Date: 06 July 2022 Order Status: Complete Order Total: £76.47 THIS COMPANY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING FAKE APPLE PRODUCTS. - AVOID. I purchased what was supposed to be second hand / refurbished genuine apple air pod pros. once they arrived I compared the box to my sons genuine pods and it didn't seem right. I then took the airpods to the apple store in sheffield where they confirmed the packaging, charging case, airpods, paperwork all to be counterfeit. I then tried to call the store - couldnt speak to anyone on the phone (office apparently closed on Saturday morning - I tried to call at 9am - 10am - 11am then gave up) so sent an email. the response was simple. no shock. no apology...just told me to return them and get a refund...(probably so they could sell them on again). I have refused to return them as there is a serious breach of trust due to selling FAKE APPLE PRODUCTS. why would I trust a company to issue a refund that's selling counterfeit products? I will also be reporting them to relevant authorities so nobody else falls into this trap and they get the fines / criminal charges they deserve.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is so bad and the PRODUCTS DONT WORK! i purchased a pair of AirPods from here for £60 about a month ago, they were faulty so I emailed and asked for a return label so I could get a refund…after about 4 weeks I still didn’t get my money back as they kept claiming never received them! Then randomly I got sent a new pair of AirPods from them which is all great except the AirPods they sell have drained batteries and only last a couple of hours . I DID NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT I WANT MY MONEY BACK! when I emailed about this they literally just dismissed everything I said they are so rude .

I purchased some apple airpod3s. They were faulty so i took the them to the apple store.. fake! (they had been cloned) On informing the company, (with the apple store details emailed to them as well from the genius bar appt) they told me they were 'seller refurbished' - and when I challenged them, a further email stating - 'we always review our listings'. I have sent them back and am waiting for a refund.

I can not believe that the air pod pros I bought are FAKE , Surely it’s illegal to sell counterfeit goods, the add stated refurbished Apple air pod pros and I have taken a photo I have emailed asking for a full refund and the postage back that I have paid, I am considering taking this to trading Standing it’s so wrong to mislead and con people Please stay clear of this company

Horrible experience Horrible experience. I bought a pair of AirPods. The product was faulty. I sent it back. After ten days, seven emails, loads of phone calls attempt (nobody answered, left name and number, no callback). I still don't have the product or my money back. Stay away from this company. Waste of time!!! After posting the review, I received a callback in less than 5 minutes asking to remove my feedback. I am waiting for the replacement still. Hopefully, they sent me a “genuine “ AirPod as I read in other reviews that they had “fake ones “sent out. I will post a video of the unpacking. I will post a final judgment when the situation is complete. 15/02 ( one month after my purchase). NO PRODUCT (first came faulty, sent it back, and they said they would process a refund ) email from their Customer service manager on 08/02: “ Refund will be processed int your account today.” NO REFUND I contacted them today, and the same person that sent the email said that the refund had not been processed. IT IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

FAKE AIRPOD PRO’s - BE WARNED. I can only assume all the positive reviews on Trustpilot relating to AirPod Pro’s are fake. I bought a pair of ‘seller certified’ refurbished AirPod’s from this RefurbishedPhones4U. They looked great, but the microphone was extremely muffled, the noise cancellation didn’t work and the firmware did not update (together with other issues). I immediately contacted the seller to give them the opportunity to reassure me this was a one off situation. However, it felt like I was dealing with an automatic email bot. I got fed up with the lack of response so I sent them back for a refund, and clearly stated within the package that I wanted a full refund. Roll forward 1 week and they had sent me a replacement, instead of a refund. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, this time I did a bit more due diligence and went to an Apple store to verify whether the AirPods were real. Low and behold, I discovered they were FAKE! Cut a long story short, this company refuses to refund me the original shipping costs (£8.99). Rather spend a bit more money and buy real certified refurbished AirPods from Amazon.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Absolutely awful, I was sold cheap, fake Yesido AirPods instead of Apple. Awful customer service. I was reassured next day delivery and paid extra- they have not turned up. Do not buy from this company!

Be very careful with phone4u, I noticed that I was paying too much bank charges, so went to the the bank and find out that, it was not bank charges, it was the mobile insurance charges for a mobile phone insurance, which I have never bought from the phone4u, I have paid those charges since 2001 that is nearly 16 years, Now I don't know what to do!

my feedback is I am sorry I ever came here for a phone contract as stuck in a 24 month contract which the phone was supposed to be capped at £29 POUND PER MONTH but told by orange they don't capped so now stuck in this contract .through yous

Never had a good handset yet they have always been faulty and the staff aren't very helpful just wanting commission. YOU HAVE ALSO EMAILED ME 15 TIMES THIS WEEK FOR A REVIEW YOU CAN SEE I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN...DO I HAVE TO GET AN INJUNCTION? ?????????

I have a contract with vodophone and since 02/08/2014 we have been without a signal at home.i have phoned them up and was told that we will be kept updated with ongoing problem.To date we have heard nothing Disgraceful

Hello Andrew, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your signal at home and completely understand how frustrating this must be. I've checked your account and as your account is outside of the first 14 days it it Vodafone you will need to speak to. We do have a great Tech Support Team that will be able to help if you're experiencing problems with your phone. I think I am being very over charged for my Samsung s4 as the week after I got it (a few months ago) all the upgrades came out for a lot less than what I am paying and the signal with Vodafone is sh*t considering it's ment to be 4g aswel so thanks for ripping me off !

worst phone i've ever had samsung galaxy s3mini freezes all the time tried contacting phones4u cost me £17 in call charges still can't set up a direct debit after 3 attempts so costs me an extra £5 per month feel really ripped off

Very bad communications,we bought two IPhones with a Vodafone contract.One of the phones developed a faculty.We called you and an engineer spent time trying to clear the fault.This was not done and he gave us a replacement ref no. After 7days I called again and was told that I should have returned the phone to get a replacement,this was never explained.

sons iphone stop working after 3 months phones4 u say it damp and ask for £186 to replace then drop to £110. when asked for phone returned so i can send to apple instead gave us a used phone for free and said his phone cannot be returned as apple have it (LIE) as ive checked with apple itself. Will never use again as think they will try and sell on his phone at a big profit.

Thanks to phones4U and their misselling me a contract with EE I am now £200 in debt. I asked for an early upgrade on my contract as I was in need of a new phone. I was offered the Samsung galaxy note 3 with a lower monthly payment and a new number, brilliant! Or so I thought. It turns out that this was a new contract and my old contract hadnt ceased and month by month my bill was adding up as it wasn't being paid and the only reason I found out was from having debt collectors letters through my door! I have called orange and there is nothing they can do as they say the fault is with phones4u as they are the ones who have messed me around and this is a common complaint from customers. Thanks a lot phones4u! This is the second time I have been missold something! (The first time I was sold a phone after being told it had certain specs that it didn't have) janinedianne@hotmail.co.uk
