Very poor service received from all aspects of purchase, Set me up a new contract when I asked for a upgrade that I was due, told me you couldn't listen to the call but then could all of a sudden when my wife chased it up on my behalf, still have not got a working phone which your staff in store couldn't have been less helpful about. the deputy store manager at Gillingham branch must have seen me in the shop at least 6 times barley acknowledge me and every time looked and me like he just wanted me to go away, and to top it off apparently it is partly my Fault that I didn't notice Web match were setting me up a new contract when not once did they tell me this over the phone which was confirmed after you listened to the call . so overall I'm am disgusted at your service and in future will strongly put people off using P4U unless they want to feel under valued and like no one seems to care about customer service.

Complete lack of knowledge and information. Not informed that current sim card would be obsolete within 2 hours of agreeing new contract leaving me without any way of communicating if leaving the house. New phone was to be delivered within 2 days, managed to book the day off only to get an email stating phone would be delivered next day!!!! (Boss about as happy as i was) 3 months in and got an email and a letter stating that the insurance i took out had not been put in there system due to an administration error and wasn't covered (even though my bank statements showed otherwise). 4 months in and after numerous calls regarding previous issue they have now changed the insurance claims policy., and after sifting through all the jargon basically they want me to pay a ridiculously large excess for any claim if i had to make one. (will now be cancelled by the end of this month) In short - Phones (never again) 4 me

After Phones4U telling me a deflated contract price over the phone, and me being completely shocked to see the true price on the contract notes, then refusing to release the phone call recording until after my legal right to cancel had expired, I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Upgraded over the phone, I wanted to keep my original number which I had for about 15 years, your phone rep didn't listen to anything I said! He was only interested in the sale. Have advised all my friends family never to come to u !!! I did ring to complain and was told I would get a call back - never received !!!

Hi Nadeem, I'm sorry to hear this and would really like to see if there is anything that we can help with? If you can log onto the Support Site section on our website, on the left hand side there is a Live Chat Facility: http://bit.ly/1qZorf1, where one of our agents will be more than happy to help. Thanks, Sam.

I needed my mobile MIC looked at or repaired, it seems the service is built around the sale and not the customer after the sale. My moble continues to offer limited volume, I will not be using phone4u again. Brian Royal 07903063333

Hi Brian, Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear that the MIC on your phone is faulty and is affecting the volume on your phone. We can certainly take a look at getting this fixed for you, and with your HTC you do get a 24 month manufacturer warranty. It may be worth speaking to our Tech Team first of all as they will complete some diagnostics and tests over the phone with you first to see if they can resolve this - their number is 08448 712233. If the fault still persists then you can get this sent off for a free of charge repair with our repair centre. To get your phone booked in you can visit your local store or call them directly on 08448 712269 and they will send you out a pre paid bag. I'm so sorry that no one has looked into this for you already and that you've not had the best of service. Thanks for highlighting this to us, as we will make sure it is fedback so improvements can be made going forward. Kind Regards, Sam.

Although at the time I thought you had spent time finding me the best deal, I now totally regret not just renewing with O2. The phones took ages to arrive and I was having to pay on my old network as well as new network because of this. I was told I could take an international bolt on only to find one didn't exist. I would never recommend this company. Feel free to contact me at stevedeaville@hotmail.com if you want more info.

I have been waiting for nearly 6 weeks for my phone to be repaired, and after consent phone calls and being put on hold for up to 20 minuets at a time i was promised a new replacement handset from a m7 to a m8 which i thought was very good, but 6 weeks and still waiting, not being able to use my data, calls and text which iam paying for, thanks . I am very disappointed with the service you are providing and will not be back to upgrade mine or the 4 other members of my household.

Hi Neil, Thanks for your post! I'm so sorry to hear about the experience that you've had with us and that you have had to chase your refund. I've taken a look into your account and I can see that you have been dealing with our High Level Complaints Team. They have now arranged the refund of your phone and this will show in your bank account as a BACS payment. I'm so sorry for the time that this has taken, and I can already see that it has been fedback to the departments concerned. Kind Regards, Sam.

I pre ordered two phones with phones 4 u not so long ago and it was the worse decision i ever made. I was totally ripped off with the deal I got with phones 4 u. I was told it was the best offer. I shall never be shopping with phones 4 u again. Please look elsewere before you go to phones 4 u.

Hi Farhan, Thanks for your post! I'm really sorry that you do feel this way. We do like to think that we are competitive with the deals that we offer, and all of our deals are subject to availability. If it is that you do see a particular deal elsewhere whilst shopping around you can always mention it to our Sales Team and they will be more than happy to see if they can match this. Thanks for your feedback. Sam.

I bought a pay as you go phone online on Orange. I had the phone delivered in 2 days which was good, but that's where it ends. I received a sim pack which allegedly had the £10 top up on there already which is impossible but still I believed them. After waiting over 4 days for the top up to come through and speaking to them via online chats on numerous occasions, I was promised that I'd get the £10 refunded into my account. I had to confirm my account details with them which I did and I tripled if not quadrupled checked my details before hitting send. They confirmed it was the correct account details as I purchased the phone through the same account and was told the money would go straight through. I again accepted their apology and fell for their lies. My money STILL hasn't come, neither has the £10 top up I paid for. Never again will I do business with them and neither will my close friends and family as they know about this. What's £10 to these millionaires? Why steal from a repeat customer? Shame on you.

Hi Ali, Thanks for your post! I'm so sorry to hear about the experience that you've had since buying a Pay As You Go from us. I can assure you that the service and experience that you have detailed is not what we expect. All Pay As You Go phones do come with £10 top up pre loaded onto the Sim Card, this is then activated within a maximum of 48 working hours of having the phone. I'm so sorry that for some reason your top up was not activated correctly, and that it took so long for the £10 to be refunded, this will be fedback to the relevant department. I've taken a look at your account and I can see that you have since spoken with our Live Chat Team and they have arranged the refund for you. This payment should now be in your account as we advise to allow a maximum of 6 working days. Again I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, Sam.

My PUK code transfer from vodafone to EE is an absolute disaster, and I can't help but take this out on phones4u also. 2 and a half weeks without functioning incoming calls or outgoing or incoming texts.

Hello Neil. Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear that the transfer of your number has not been as smooth as it could be. When transferring your number from one network provider to another, this is a process that Phones 4u don't complete. It is done completing by the 2 networks themselves, if it us that you have moved to EE then I would advise speaking to them in regards to getting the number activated. I am sorry for the inconvenience and delay. Thanks, Sam.

Hello Lina, Thank you for posting your review. I am ever so sorry to learn that you received a locked phone. I can see that you reported this to us in May and this has been taken down as internal feedback. We have recommended speaking to O2 in order to query unlocking the device. If you haven't already been in touch then you may reach them by dialing 08448 090202. Kind regards, Amy

Really not happy with Phones4U! I took out a fairly pricey deal for and iPhone 5s on an EE contract because they offered £100 cash back via a deal my company offered through rewardsgateway.co.uk. Now, 3 months down the line, Phones4U have refused to honour this, with no reason given. Suffice it to say I feel totally ripped off and will not be sticking around when my lock-in expires!

My last visit to arena resulted in me falling down the concrete stairs due to the stairs being wet and nobody from the arena has contacted myself to make sure i was okay or apologise for the injuries that resulted from the fall. The lids need to stay on drink so they are not spilt everywhere !!!! The arena needs refurbishing and re flooring badly !

So we were told they would pay off our contract but they didn't. The bill came through with an extra £90. We went into the store and wr were told they would refund it to us. After two weeks of being fobbed off that they would get back to us in a few days we visited the store again. We were told they could not deal with it in store and had to contact their head office. We called them from the store and we were told they could not deal with it at the moment and we would have to wait a few days as they were unaware if they or orange would refund us, even though phones 4 u made the mistake. We were shown no empathy in the store or by the customer services at head office. This was almost £100. To rub salt into the wound when we went back in we found out that we missed out on getting a free smart watch too. This was disgraceful service!
