“My first order didn't go through correctly and I received no call to advise so my upgrade didn't arrive in time and I had to reorder a few days later. I cannot daily the customer service i received when I called and placed my order for the second time the operative I spoke to was so helpful and couldn't do enough to makes up for poor service I had received prior to the second order.”

“had no probs using my local shop time and time again, my only problem i have had lately was with a z1 phone it had a fault and both yourself and sony refused to fix it as a bit of paper wit imei number couldnt be seen, sent it back to vodafone who fixed it no probs and found the bit of paper in phone stating it had slip down”

“Good price with a reasonable customer service. There are times when you get an advisor who does not appear to be interested when asking questions about the phones (especially as you are not looking for one with a price plan) but come back another time and find another assistant who would love to help you. Love the Click and Collect service but wondering how accessible this will be in light of Curry's merger with Carphone Warehouse. Yes I will buy from them again.”

“I believe that upgrades should b introduced more frequently, without contract renewal on a 6 month basis in place of the 24 month duration of the contract contracts will continue along the 24 months but six months payment should contribute to a new upgrade, because after some time the owner may become unhappy with phone performance and may wish to get a new phone, or replacement, perhaps with an extra charge of say £30 to £60 pound depending on the phone. But no more than £100 because from a 6 month payment that would b seen or perceived as excessive. remember we are in recession, not everybody has money to spare, appeal to ur public”

“Decided to shop online because the staff in the Eastleigh branch were basically useless and bad representatives for the company. Walked in to the empty store and they're both sat at their desks playing on their phones, they both looked up at us and back down again, not acknowledging our entry with a greeting. It then took a further two minutes or so before one of them spoke to us. He was fairly helpful when he decided he couldn't do the deal we wanted, and put us on the phone to the sales team who could price match the website. We left it at that to get quotes from the network direct. Network couldn't come close to the deal so shopped on the website. Only issue with the website was that we tried so many different credit/debit cards over and over before the electronic ID was accepted, may have been a fault somewhere. I've worked in customer service and sales for years now, starting out in phone sales and dipped in to it again for a short period last year in between jobs. Phones4U have always had good enough deals but customer service/product/network knowledge has always been astonishingly awful. Always have to bite my tongue when one of their staff in branch talk to me. Customer service over phone is great. Will most likely never buy anything in branch unless the branch had an exclusive on something I wanted.”

“Very impressed by delivery arrangments - kept well informed about time of arrival. Happy with what I bought - only problem is that T-Mobile want to charge £17.45 per month for a £16.99 per month contract that I purchased through Phones4U. very annoyed at this because although it's only £12 over a 24 moth contract period it isn't what I agreed to. Apparently it's because prices increased in May 2014 BUT I only purchased my phone in July 2014 i.e. 2 months later so why hadn't the prices been updated on the net. My point is that whilst the difference is small it could have been anything! When I rang T Mobile their systems were down to start with, then I rang again and spoke to someone I assume was based in Indi but who didn't speak very good English so after 15 minutes I was left feeling very frustrated and disappointed - however this is T mobiles fault rather than Phones4U except if the price of the package should have been updated on the Phones4U website?”
