I had a phone that didn't work properly I sent it back and they sent a new one and it is the same as the other one it turned up really cold and when I picked it up I could see my finger print on the silver bit on the back so I will be going back to Vodafone to upgrade my phone when this contract ends

When I dropped my phone and the screen broke i was a disheartened but a call to the phones 4 u care team put me at ease when they told me to take the phone to the retail outlet and it would be replaced. When I went to the phones 4 U shop every thing was dealt with by the assistant without any problems until I was told that the only samsung galaxy s4 that they had in store was a white one as this was the only colour that i didn't want i was told that they could order a different colour and i would be able to collect it from the store in 2 days. When I went to collect the phone 2 days later i was told it had not arrived , 2 days later it has still not arrived and have been told it wii be another 2 days before it gets to the store for me to collect. This is the second time this has happened to me the first time being when there was a manufacturer fault with the phone Come on phones 4 U

As this is regarding Insurance you will need to speak to our dedicated Insurance Team and they will look into this for you further. Everything done on phone despite going to store.......store can't do anything......silly policy/ way of working

Hi Asma, Thanks for your feedback! I can see that you did place your order over the phone with us. By all means you can still visit your local store if you do need assistance with anything. However, if for any reason an exchange needs to be done on your account then this would be done via the phone/post. This is so we can make sure that your account is kept up to date and noted, and also due to the system it has been processed cannot be completed in store. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this does cause, but can assure you that if we did need to complete an exchange etc on your account it would be done as quickly as possible for you. Hello Jessica, Thanks for your post! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your phone and in particular when you're outside the house. I'm not sure if this is a fault with the phone or more of a signal problem, so there are a few things that you can try. If it is a problem with your signal then you will need to speak to EE and escalate this with them. They will be able to complete some in depth signal diagnostics to see if they can improve this - they may even have signal boxes that can help. If it is a fault with your phone then we have a great Tech Team that can help, and they will complete and run tests over the phone with you - their number is 08448 712233. If they are unable to resolve the issue and there is a fault then you are covered by your warranty for a free manufacturing repair at our repair centre. phone delivered on time, but transfer of number to new sim took some time, but assuming this is the networks issue and not phones4u or our updates from phones4u given a low priority?

Hi Michael, Thanks for leaving your comments. I've taken a look at your account for you and I can see that it was an Orange upgrade that you took out with us. There is a 4 day delay on the connection of your new Sim Card, this is an agreement that we have with Orange. It allows you time that way to make sure that the phone is delivered and also everything is transferred so it's not lost. You should find that your old Sim Card is still connected for you, and this should not disconnect until your new Sim Card is connected. Thanks for getting in touch with us. Thanks, Sam.

Hello Rebecca, Thanks for you comment. We do try and be competitive with what we offer and do look at what else is available in the market. A lot of our contracts/deals do come with free gift and we do run a lot of promotional offers, however, these are subject to availability and change. Saw phone on website but went to local store as my daughter's phone had broken and wanted it quickly, store told me phone had been dis-continued and website was out of date, orders it 1 hours later on phone and arrived 2 days later. Store just wanted to sell me another more expensive phone through them and not the website. Don't go into stores and ask as you don't get the truth. (Wrexham store based in Currys by the way)

Phones 4 u service was good but the quality of their after sales customer service is poor not very helpful. Have had issues with both phones we purchased one having to be replaced completely within a month !

Plan clear but not what the extras might be. After 6 months I still don't know how long a text has to be before it costs extra!

I felt the Dundee store didn't listen well enough to my needs, and I don't think they gave me the best phone. I since learned it was an older model. It turned out to be awful. However I sourced a replacement through your online site and I spoke to a young man who was so helpful, he recommended 2 models and went through everything. As a result I love my Motorola moto g and it was the latest model.

Although I appreciate what Phone 4 u do I've never appreciated the overly sales centered approach it certainly leaves you feeling that the sale is far more important to them than making you happy, I also dislike how often you only get a good deal if you haggle with sales assistant, call centre definitely easy to speak to than the overbearing in store staff who don't take no for an answer

Got a good deal but had to chase the cash back. I was offered a Sky deal but when Sky got hold of me it wasn't as good as stated in store, didn't go with them in the end. Service in store good when you got someone but quite a long wait. Still all in all you get what you pay for... if you want cheap, its going to cost somewhere... would still buy from them again.

I found my experience average! The initial customer service was good, however there were a number of issues after. I was told I did not have to set up a new direct debit as I was upgrading,which was false, and the £20 credit to the person that referred me has still not arrived. Very average to say the least!

The service so far has been really great, good deals on good phones and so forth. They called me before my last contract expired and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I do however have only 2 issues that very seriously needs to be addressed by these guys and it is as follows. My new contract ended up being with EE, moving over from O2 because its the provider with whom I could get a better deal, however, after being assured that I had reception where I live, now that I actually have the phone I'm finding that yes, I have reception, but it sucks to say the least, and the 4G is just as bad, great when I have signal and it works, but its unreliable. In short, random fluctuation between zero to two bars of bloody signal and random changes between 4G and everything does not count as any kind of acceptable reception. You guys need to seriously get right on top of this if you're going to recommend and provider to anyone, this is a most basic a requirement for a phone and a really stupid mistake to make. Second is that my recent package came with a free Galaxy Tab. Yeah, stuff for free is nice, but this tablet is actually useless and it sits in its packaging in my drawer, never to be used that I might as well have not even received one in the first place. To give someone such a tablet when they are purchasing something like a Galaxy S5 phone is a really silly thing to do because the phone itself makes the tablet totally redundant, the smart thing is to properly match up device qualities if you're going to do such promotions, even if it costs a little bit more. Clearly someone who is willing to get the latest thing out as soon as it hits the shelves with the associated costs getting latest gear doesn't mind it so much, or at least give one the option between various items or something. Also, I had to chase Phones4Uu twice in order to get this delivered, it would appear that they totally forgot about it or something. This would have have been a 5 star review were it not for these two issues.

Hi Morgan, Thanks for your post! It's great to hear that when you've contacted us that we've been able to find the best deal for you! In regards to your signal, we will complete a signal check at point of sale using the signal checkers provided by the network. This then gives us a guideline of what you're signal will be like in your area. If you are experiencing problems with your signal then I would advise speaking to EE directly as they can complete a more in depth check for your area. If after completing these checks you're still experiencing problems, then it may be worth speaking to them to see if they do any signal booster boxes that may help. I'm sorry to hear that you had to chase your free gift of a Tab with us, these are usually sent out within 28 days of receiving your new phone. The promotions that we run alongside some contracts are a free gift and they are subject to availability and change. If you are experiencing any problems with your Tab then please speak to the manufacturer directly about this so that they can take a look. Selling me the phone and the correct one I can't complain. But I get free sky sports. ......can't access......Help to get this was poor. ......didn't want to know. Still haven't got it......saying to go into shop as wasn't their problem is not good!

As far as I'm aware if you contact Vodafone they should be able to talk you through the steps in which to set this up.
