Was supposed to receive free speakers with my phone. they never arrived. when i called phones4u i was told they would look into it. havent heard back from them since

I found the people at phones4u polite, helpful and pleasant. Only gripes are, that when I signed up through phones4u on EE, I was told that there shouldn't be a rise in my contract price until next year, yet within 6 weeks I was informed of a rise in cost. I wasn't warned either, that on EE any text over 160 characters, this includes spaces, would cost the same as a picture message or even if it was a short message with an icon added was the same. I thought I had unlimited texts on my package.I chose a reasonable monthly package of £37 but was getting bills nearly £ 10 more so beware, good deals with EE aren't so good. I still feel that this should have been pointed out as I would definitely not have gone with a EE.

I'm so sorry in regards to the the EE contract you've taken, the details that you mention are not something that is within our control. It is at the network's discretion if they increase their price plans, and if this is done it's normally inline with inflation and they will notify you about. I brought the Sony xperia z1 as a replacement for my old one. The phone had lots of problems with the speakers and didn't have the cover for the headphones compartment to make it waterproof, unlike the one I had before, makes no sense as is supposed to be exactly the same phone. Very disappointed in my product ordered.

I have only given 3 stars as I was promised 100 pounds cash back ,no cash back has come my way . The rest of the service is good.

The phone I received (Doro DR607) is just what I wanted and arrived very promptly as promised. Unfortunately there was no mention of it being necessary to register with Orange to activate the ten pound purchased with the phone. So I waited the 48hrs which you did say it may take but was still unable to use the phone. I then rang phones 4u & they told me I would need to contact orange, which I did & duly activated my phone to receive my top up. Unfortunately they said it could take from 24hrs to 10 days , so I am still waiting to use my phone. phone received 22/07/14.

Being an RED employee was told I would get a discount on my tariff But was not given one and now it is 3-4 months and I cannot get the discount Very disappointed

Phone did not turn up when I was told it would, staying In for the day is rather annoying to find out it's not coming.. Turned up nearly a week after ordered..

I was not happy with the content of letter I was given to sign as the reason for which my phone was not repaired! It stated a completely different reason and no attempt was even taken by the shop to resolve the issue amicably! I do not think the matter was dealt with appropriately and would have complained, but then I thought to leave it. I really would like my phone fixed for me and make me happy to enter any of your shops for any transaction again. Thanks.

phone is straighforward to work downfall is the low memory on phone you can only add a few apps before being told memory full. had to go buy a 32gb sd card to save music photos phone works well otherwise has a not too bad camera buttons can be a bit stiff to push at times. some features not very loud for a phone for a deaf person eg text message ringtone can be hard to hear at times

Had phone about two and a half months,when camera stopped working sent for repair. took two weeks to get back from repair, then found case was broken. Now I have to wait another two weeks.

Pones 4u said I was within contract period to switch and said everything would be sorted via phones4u. This never happened and I was left with an outstanding amount. This has happened on 2 occasions.

Website is easy to browse and the checkout process is simple. My product was competitively priced. Despatch/delivery was very slow so that was disappointing.

Delivery was very quick with completed paperwork. However, the phone should have been an upgrade but was put down as a new phone so it took over a week to sort with the networks before i could use the phone keeping my old number .
