“Never had any issues always reliable and fast delivery times using the right parcel company, The pay and go range is small and needs to be expanded, On the pay monthly side its all about deals and i would say its slightly more expensive than a rival company, Although I will say if you get on the phone your more likely to get the deal you want, Overall though im satisfied with phones4u and would reccomend them to all”

“In general I found our local shop in letchworth was very helpful Just recently I upgraded my phone through your head office. I was offered a £50 cash back which I have still not received also they forgot to inform EE of my account details. I think in future I will deal with our local shop I like to speak to people face to face. Thank you”

“very polite and courteous staff and the setting up of my new contract was very easy and straight forward, unfortunately I am not so pleased with the network provider EE as I fail to get a decent and sometimes no signal in my home and I'm now stuck with it for another 23 months. when I looked into the network signal coverage for my area it looked really good but I am now wishing I stayed with o2”

“This is the third time my wife and I have got our mobile contracts through Phones4U, and it has always been dealt with in an efficient, friendly manner. It is a very confusing market out there with so many different tariffs from so many providers, but Phones4U are competent in sorting out the most cost-effective solution. The only minor criticism would be that I would appreciate more technical expertise regarding the features of the most recent models of smartphone, but I realise that this is a big ask considering how many features there are now available.”

“The majority of the service provided was good however I am still waiting for payment of £50. When I changed my contract with yourselves I was told I would need to pay £100 to cancel my current contract, and I would receive £99 to cover this cost. On top of this I was told I would receive an additional £50 automatic cashback, which I have not received. I also feel that it took too long to receive my money back in the first instance as I had to wait almost 1 month to be reimburesed.”

“Never got my smartband. Also my plan has BT wifi but I've never been prompted to sign up or told where to sign up, so I can't use it. Other then that, great service. Next day delivery and here before I started work.”

“Initial call was received and operator and i had good clear discussion and came to an agreement over my new phone. The telephone didnt arrive and 10 days later the operative called to say the paperwork got lost in the system and he would resolve the issue. He did this and within 48 hours my new phone arrived and the changeover went well. Thanks for the good service.”
