“Great phone (iPhone 5S) and set up, but not happy I have to have my phone repaired, rather than replaced due to battery faulty, and only 2 months old. Why don't they replace and save me also having to wait up to two weeks for the privilege of a repair! That's what I would get in a shop.”

“Cashback promise never came through until I had to chase it myself 3 times then it still took over 3 weeks longer than the stated payment date. Without chasing it up it wouldn't have been paid. Other than that the phone came quickly and got a great upgrade deal”

“I was sold an i phone 4 contract on vodaphone. Even with knowledge I would get 0 signal in my area. I was then told I had a faulty handset.I reported this within the 14 days. You then did everything in your power to wriggle out of your own turns and conditions. What do you know,another victory for phones for you against ,the consumer. Great work guys!”

“Was sold a contract with a defective phone, went instore and was told its a 4g phone on a 3g plan and will have several internet issues! I have problems with calls dropping out, people often complain they cant hear me and put the phone down, if i put on loudspeaker it cuts out and they cant hear me ! Even switching ears causes interruption. I like the phone for most of its features but i don't feel its fit for purpose i will be returning to the store to discuss my options soon”

“Not very happy with service provided 1,New i phone arrived sim card not working 2, 4or 5 phone call to get sim card to work ,no joy 3, Told that they would send a new sim card in the post ,should be with you the next day. 4,Didnt arrive ,4 days later sim arrived 5,Only good thing was they offered me 1 month half price for first month”

“the best thing is The camera on the sony xperia z2, good if your on a lot of holidays so saves carrying a camera,. volume is not bad, iv heard better. 3 problems i have with the phone, 1) when on a call my cheek touches the screen then ends up doing things that i dont want to do. 2) while on facebook and trying to watch video clips it will show me 10 seconds of the video then say "cannot play video, sorry but an unknown error occurred while trying to play this video" now if the phone doesnt know what it is then how on earth am i meant to know whats wrong with it. iv tried turning the phone on and off and updating facebook and reinstalling it. this doesnt happen on youtube. 3) the screen drags it self to the bottom so the date and time are at the bottom and above that its blank screen and below it you can just see the app that you are using.”
