Great assistance with picking phone and contract via the 'chat' facility. The person on chat vanished despite saying she would hang on for the order number.....anyway I processed the payment for the phone and then 20 mins later received an email advising my order had been cancelled..... I have no credit problems and have held a mobile with O2 for over 15 years. Since them I receiving a multitude of calls and emails asking why I did not proceed with the order! Shambles!

Hi Zoe, Thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry to hear that you're order was not successful. All orders that are placed are subject to the relevant security and credit checks, and the credit check is completed by the network themselves. i got one phone from phones4u . from month i m trying to get get one more phone ...i m getting decline i dont knw why ? whts the reason

Hi Sameer, Thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry to hear that you've not received your second order. When placing an order with us you will be subject to the relevant security and credit checks. If you do have an existing line already then the network will assess you for an additional line. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused, you can always replace the order with a different network on 08000 725855. Thanks, Sam.

I'm waiting for a new phone from the ninth of June. Now they said that i got it at the end of the month. They sell something what they do not have. This is outrageous. I mgrounded for a month without a phone. This is my last purchase in phone4u.

not a very entertaining experience the phone arrived on time ? why no instruction manual being a novice with phones I had to go out and buy a manual , no conection due to the sim card being faulty 2 days later new sim card arrives now 3 days unable to understand instructions due to staff on the phone not speaking or understanding English took 4 days to get things sorted out I would not repeat the experience again very stressfull

Hello Brian, Thank you for getting in touch and leaving your comments. It's great to hear that you're new phone arrived on time :) In regards to the instruction manual, these are no longer provided by the manufacturers in the box. Instead what you can do is visit your manufacturers website and you will be able to download a copy to your PC. I am really sorry to hear about the experience you've had and hope it doesn't put you off. Rest assure that I will be making sure your comments are passed on so that it can be improved in future. Tried to upgrade two phones with this organisation earlier this year. Supplied all the details and put the order in for the wife's, then did the same for mine, but because mine couldn't be upgraded until a week later it meant the order was split. Wife's came alright but a week later mine hadn't. Rang to check and found that there was no order for mine on the system, even though the man I ordered through was adamant everything was ok and would be fine. As the result of this I was unable to receive the "free" gift I had requested. I was offered something I didn't want and in the end because they couldn't even process any of my order, I cancelled it. Ended going elsewhere for my phone and started again. Ended with two separate contracts which confused the hell out of EE and my bank. Would be better going straight to EE direct next time. Also the contracts they offered were not as good because they compensated themselves for the alleged free gifts.

1. It took a 30 minute call to upgrade during which I had to repeatedly give information you must already have. 2. It took repeated attempts to get my cashback paid

Hi John, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving a review. Sorry to hear you had some initial problems with the contract. I hope you've now received your cash-back all else is well. In regards to the sales call being around 30 minutes long. This not out of the ordinary as the sales agent must clearly obtain all of your personal and account information as well the choice of phone and tariff etc masking sure you fully understand your options and what you have agreed to. I ordered my sim on the 2nd May which is when my contract started its now the 5th and I still have no phone. I called the help line the help line and was told it could take up to 48 Hrs. to activate. Still waiting.

Hi Joseph, Thanks for getting in touch and leaving some feedback. I'm sorry there was a slight delay with your connection. I can see Vodafone confirmed the connection was successful on the 3rd June. In some instances it can take the 48 hours for the SIM to be connected. I hope you were not inconvenienced too much, I can certainly appreciate your frustration though. Hope all is well now Joseph. As you live in the Highlands in Scotland deliveries normally take 2 working days. I can definitely appreciate your eagerness to receive your new iPhone though.
