“Easy to use design site prompt delivery and excellent value for money”

“Quick service with excellent tracking and delivery slot. Good packing system to avoid accidental damage in transit. Frame looks exactly as expected from web site sample. It was accurately cut to size, the slight misalignment of the corners is not noticeable now its hung. It took 15 minutes from receipt to getting the picture on the wall. The tape is self adhesive and there's plenty of it so it should keep thunder flies out and the surplus will replace paper tape on other frames. Would use again.”

“I am a very, very happy customer. I ordered a custom frame via the website which was easy to navigate and allowed me to choose exactly the configuration I wanted. The frame I received was excellent quality and packaged to withstand the heaviest handed couriers. Before I saw the frame I thought the price was good but once I received it and saw the quality, I think it is amazing value. So, to summarise, Quality frame, great price and excellent customer service. I couldn't ask for more and I will be ordering again.”

Delivery was quite quick and with the most efficient Interlink you are kept up to date on the parcel's progress and given a one hour delivery slot. Customer service was very impressive. “The frames are excellent, and we are very pleased with them. Delivery was quick, and we found the email the previous day saying when they would be delivered very useful. We ordered bespoke frames, and the website was fairly user friendly. This was the first time we had used it (or anything quite like it: you need to think carefully before you begin about the exterior size of the frame, the interior size of the frame and the size of the mount), but I am sure we could now rattle through it very quickly if we ever wish to order more frames. I recommend this company.”

“Having taken the time to search around for picture frames I was very impressed with the range of frames and the choice in colours etc. The frames were all reasonably priced, which compared to some sites was excellent. Although not at the cheapest end of the market, the prices are good value for what you get. I placed the order and was disappointed that what they said would happen did not happen. I never received an email confirmation of the order. I never did receive any written details of when the order would arrive. Indeed after having had no response for several days I did try to contact by phone a couple of times but did not receive an answer, nor actually did anyone ever pick up and there was no answer machine. As I was beginning to panic though I did receive a text and email giving me a delivery date so I breathed a sigh of relief. The delivery date was not that convenient, and so some level of contact beforehand would have being good. However I arrange for the parcel to be delivered to my neighbours and it did so at the agreed time and date. The parcel was extremely well packaged and very secure. It was also well marked on the outside of the box with fragile, and made sure it arrived in perfect condition. It was exactly as the website said it would be, and included tape and all fixtures which I note from other sites often carry an extra charge. Overall I am very happy with the product, the price and the packaging to deliver. It would have scored Very Good if the communication and contact were not so poor. But lease do not be put off by this, as they are great frames at good prices and I would use again.”

“I was looking for a very bizarre length frame for a panoramic print that I had just taken. I chose a size that was on offer and sent away for the frame to be completed. I then had to change the size of the frame, something larger, and this was done without even a blink in the level of service that I received. The frame arrived and I am so pleased with it! I cannot recommend this company enough! Trust them to provide you with the perfect frame to hold your precious images.”
