“An excellent end product, however the website was not that user friendly with page scrolls set out of proportion. Also did not receive full purchase, just the frame, wheras i ordered and paid for the 'sticking tape' add on.”

“Extremely pleased with my frame. It arrived quickly and the delivery communication was excellent. The website made ordering my bespoke frame simple. “Website was easy to use. Was pleased with the look of the frame and mount. The sizing was perfect. It took an age to fit the glazing. As soon as I took the film off the static attracted bits of fluff from my clothes! Took ages to remove. Not sure I like the grainy look of the glazing that you get from certain angles plus there is a v small scratch in the centre. However, overall good for the price and will use again.”

“Frame options were wide ranging; online ordering was easy; communication was great; ordering to delivery took 5 days; delivery was made within 1 hour time slot. And it cost a quarter of what it would been locally. I am impressed and delighted.”

“I ordered a panoramic frame recently..The process to custom make a frame was easy to understand. Communication was good with emails to confirm the stages towards delivery. The only disappointment was that the frame was left outside for 5 hours in the rain. I am pleased to say that the rainwater didn't cause damage to the frame ,which was a perfect fit for my photograph.”
