“Delighted with quality of the frames I ordered. I found the member of staff I spoke to at 'Picture Frame Studio', that I had occasion to speak to very helpful. The delivery system keeping me updated of progress by email and text when my order had been despatched from the supplier worked very well.”

“Lovely frame. Just what I wanted and quick delivery for a made to measure item. Acrylic glazing a good option, making frame lighter in weight and therefore better for a nursery wall.”

“Good: selection and buying process is easy, the frames themselves are of reasonable quality for the money. Bad: didn't get the promised notification of when the courier would come, and so missed delivery; some assembly tips would be nice – it's reasonably intuitive, but I'm sure I'd have done a better job with some guidance.”

Hello Glynn, I am sorry about the email notification of your delivery, the couriers notification system failed our end due to a power outage from the storms so we took the decision to send anyway rather than delay things. Re the fitting instruction they should have been on the email notification from us that your order was complete, but not a bad idea to include in the box. So we will look into this. “On receiving the frame I was disappointed as it was not the one I had ordered. However, when I called the Picture Frame Studio they were extremely helpful - it was a simple mix-up at their end, and they said they would rectify the problem ASAP. Within a few days I received the correct frame, and am absolutely delighted with it. It has been very carefully put together, and is of an excellent quality. So despite the initial blip, I can highly recommend the Picture Frame Studio and would certainly use them again.”

“Quality product received in few days from ordering. Required for an odd size photo and not easily available but here we got one the exact size that sets off the photo. Extremely well made with a choice of borders. One thing that could have been a little better would be the way the suspension cord is fitted.”

“Thank You SOooooo Much. The best service I have ever had from an online company!!!!! I phoned at 10:30am on a Wednesday and received a custom made frame hundreds of miles away by 12 noon the next day. Everyone I told could not believe it. This is what an online service should be like. The frame was also the best frame I have had and great value. I will always use this company from now on.
