“Responsive customer service. Flexible contract administration. Needs to work on rostering off-day replacement caregivers so that receiver has more certainty as to who the replacement will be.”

“Generally, the experience that I have garnered has been positive. Your team comprising of Enc Zahar, Anna and Mabel have been supportive and pro active in attending to my mother’s needs. The quick attention when a replacement was needed was conducted in a speedy manner.”
