“I was a bit disappointed that the caregiver assigned did not turn up on the day and i was not informed that she was sicked until i reminded and enquired as to her whereabout.”

“The initial interaction between customer and supervisor were bad based on a couple of experiences. Supervisor was not patient and even asked customer to choose another service elsewhere simply because of multiple queries and indecision of client.”

“I visited yr Ss2 centre. Residents' beds are cramped together. I asked yr caretaker why. No place to store their things also. Yr care taker said Elderly People do not have much clothes or personal items. This strike as very Low Opinion of the elderlies. Not much love & respecy”
