"The poorest service ever received .\r\nAfter years of being using PimlicoPlumbers unfortunately the last expirience has been a disaster and not digestable.\r\nThey were aware of my issue with the plumbing system as they have worked out several times on this.\r\nFact is that last month I called them as I was experiencing a new leakage from the shower ( same issue that they fixed back in June), the engineer showed up, not longer than 10 mins, he realised that it was due to blockage of the system that required a professional drainage not to the fault of the underneath switch.\r\nBilled the full cost and insisted to book the drainage service for the day after, something I always carried out with a specialist drainage company in the past .\r\nThe following day a new engineer showed up, without any clue about what was the issue, took time to understand what I was supposed to do ( while it\u2019s a recurring service I run twice per year and based on the previous notes the engineer is fully aware of the issue and how to address,it takes not longer than 1.30\/2 hours)\r\nFunny enough he spent five hours, he billed 5 hours regardless my shocking reaction and on top of that he did not fixed any issue.\r\nWhen he left I realized that the whole bath\/kitchen system was still blocked and it was not draining properly to such an extent I took pics aas evidence and booked for the day after the drainage specialist company that sent out a very expirienced specialist and tbe issue was resolved in less than two hours . There is a job report stating what was the state of art: apparently not job or very limited and poor job was carried before .\r\n\r\nNet net, regardless I have been a loyal clients for years, that the issue of my flat was well known and easy to address, I have been charged for a full call ( 10 minutes follow up ) and for a ridicolous 5hh\/1000\u00a3\u00a3 for a routine drainage work that was not carried at all, or totally wrongly and poor executed .\r\nThen I had to pay the other company on top\r\nAlmost 1500\u00a3\u00a3 full cost vs average 200-250 usually paid .\r\nEven more unacceptable the early response from their customer service than arrogantly and inappropriately keeps denying the refund and affirming that they did everything professionally,regardless the formal concerns of the engineer who carried out the work and clearly admitted that the job was not done asking me not to escalate the matter but offering to come back again\r\n\r\nThis is totally unacceptable for a company like PimlicoPlumber, and this is my first complaint ever filed and first negative review written in ages.\r\nI cannot accept primarily the customer service attitude, and their dogmatic refuse to consider the matter the issue the merit complain and the genuine frustration of loyal clients,by denying any evidence and third party report"

"Awful . What's this all about. Supposed to be a leak fix"

"Absolutely disgusting!- the plumber was wondering around the block of flats for good half an hour, unable to find the flat. Then charged me above \u00a3400 for labour, materials and visit . The job done was cutting a 30\/50 cm peace of the plaster board and to put the camera down to find out where the water leak was coming from. I will not recommend Pimlico Plumbers to anyone!!!! There are so many other companies out there and self employed plumbers that would have done same job for \u00a360-65.00."

"An electrician did some work in the house but left some holes. H\u00e9 left without filling the holes because he was feeling unwell. I accepted to pay th\u00e9 full balance based on his promise that he would finish the work with no extra cost when I Book another service as there are diff\u00e9rent jobs I booked with Pilmico. Now, I booked for two diff\u00e9rent services and can't get these holes repaired with no extra cost. I was too stupid to trust this company."

"10 minutes visit to quote for indoor door replacement cost \u00a3120, was not told this on call. Quoted \u00a3800 in Total to replace doors. I said no thanks. Now Pimlico charged me \u00a3120 for 10 minutes quote. May they rot in Hell."

"Harry detected and heroically repaired a revoltingly dirty, leaking, lead Victorian mains water pipe under our communal stairs, which included drilling though concrete, complex problem-solving, several trips across London to various suppliers to find fittings for the nightmare non-standard issue pipe, without ever complaining or needing to eat or drink! The job took most of the afternoon and when he finished at around 5.30pm I was amazed that the office had booked him for two more jobs that evening! Thank you Harry, great work!"
