“Ordered next day delivery and still. It received my order over a week ago. My order was nearly £100 and apparently now it’s gone missing. Won’t be ordering from here again. I want a refund.”

“Love the dress however I think sizing is extremely poor had to go up a size to be able to breathe.... maybe you should try selling things in the correct size instead of body shaming this puts me off using in future”

“Bought a purchase , within a minute I realised it was going to my address I’d moved out of 2 days before ! Couldn’t change it and customer / retail communication was virtually non existent. However after much stress I managed to receive the dress and it was far nicer than it looked online !”

Hi Luisa, Thank you for your email. To confirm, £2.50 is deducted from your refund if one of our pre paid labels. When all items from an order are returned you are refunded the standard shipping rate. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

“Ordered a green satin look one shoulder dress. Lots of little bits of cotton hanging off the waist band and really creased. Very odd fit under my arm it was baggy for some reason. I did look nice but fir the price I was very disappointed when it came and I had to wear it the next day so couldn't do anything about it. My mother in law had to take it and sort it out for me to wear. Would not order from here again for a special occasion.”

Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4.
