“I’ve ordered from pink boutique before which was really good but I ordered my last order which was a £60 order and I’ve still not received it. I don’t know if it’s been the couriers fault though!”

“I had an issue with my delivery but I spoke with Robin who did a brilliant job and just reordered on a next day delivery to ensure I got my item in time. It arrived literally the day before I needed it and was fine. My first delivery was not in time as it never arrived but my reorder was.”

“Service was let down due to DPD delivery informing me nobody was home when they tried to deliver, this was false information as I was home all day and have cctv evidence of nobody trying to deliver. This resulted in me going to have to pick parcel up next day from a store, which I had already paid for next day delivery which I did not get. When I raised with DPD was informed no refund for delivery would be given.”

“Good selection of dresses which are different to other online retailers. Great if you want something a bit different for a wedding guest outfit! Found my dress here and fits perfect, good quality and not bad prices! Fast delivery too which really helps!!”
