Hi Gemma, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry we can't offer free returns at the moment. When you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise to return using a tracked method. I can see your order was placed on Bank Holiday Friday (Good Friday), we confirmed at the checkout that if this method was selected after 4pm on Thursday 14th April it wouldn't leave until Tuesday 19th April due to Easter weekend.
