“Dresses was nothing like the pictures and I have to pay to return it so won't be ordering from here again”

Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. “I have shopped with PB for a few years now. I have several items including accessories, footwear as well as clothing. The quality is outstanding & the designs last from season to season so by purchasing new add ons what was one outfit can be swapped & changed to create another look. Easy washing, true to size & good quality fastenings. Accessories are great value for money & the footwear is amazing. The heel size is in the details & ageing the fittings are true to size. Packages arrive in pretty pakeshing that just wants to make you get inside your parcels. Returns are straight forwards & the credits are made promptly. This is a great on line store & I do recommend it to my family & friends or to the people who admire your outfit & ask where it’s from, it’s always a pleasure to say how great this shopping experience with PB is.”

“I order from pink boutique quite a lot and most things are just as they look online and I think fit very true to size. However I ordered a bikini and the strap was sown on twisted so I had to get someone to cut it and re sow the correct way as I couldn’t be bothered to send it back and risk it going out of stock because I did love it”
