I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. “I never ever wear a dress and was attending a wedding abroad. Pink boutique had such an amazing selection of dresses I was able to find one that I would feel comfortable wearing. Delivery was quick aswell. Will be shopping at pink boutique again very soon!”

“Purchased a white lace bodysuit. looked beautiful then I opened it to find a hole in front of lace and dirty at one of the strap’s. Sent back in correct way a week ago but still no refund!”
