“I Enjoyed the training although it had taken a lot longer than expected. The staff are friendly and are always happy to help. Thanks guys !!! I would have like to see More hands on approach with people when And if needed. Overall very friendly and polite staff and good service overall ... ps thank you for the tea and toast ...”

“I really enjoyed doing this course. The combination of the audio instruction and workbooks made it easy to follow. The training centre was easily accesible and Iain and Faye were always on hand to help out when needed. I would definitely recommend Aberdeen Pitman Training.”

“The course itself was good. Very informative. However, my log in details were delayed. I think the process of having to go into the office is ridiculous, I don't know why it's necessary for an online course. I travelled into town and paid for parking specifically to go to the office, where I couldn't even complete the induction because I didn't have a log in yet. I wasn't contacted to say that it wasn't worth the trip.”

“Throughout my studies I received the help and support I needed. Problems were resolved in a way I was happy with. During a really difficult time for me, the staff, particularly Jennifer, did a couple of things to help that went above and beyond my expectations. I’m really grateful for all this.”

“Enrolling on courses with Pitman Training really is one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff at Taunton are so helpful, kind and professional, they all made me feel so welcome and couldn't have been more helpful. The courses are informative, user friendly and really got me back on track and ready for the work place. My qualifications that I achieved through Pitman training definitely helped me get jobs and always look great on CVs. I would recommend Pitman training to anyone as I had such a positive experience.”

“I thought that the Legal Secretarial Diploma was an ideal qualification to prepare someone for the necessary skills that are required within a legal office. I thoroughly enjoyed my course, and I was fortunate to receive a huge amount of support from the Pitman team in Hove/Brighton. Although my course has finished, I still pop in to brush up on a few skills when I can. I would highly recommend Pitman Training.”

“The overall course content was very good, however the level of expertise among the course tutors differed and I got differing levels of advice. The actual physical course environment left a lot to be desired in hygiene, whether with regard to toilets or equipment in use for the amount of people who use these facilities on a daily basis. Also the Training Centre in Cardiff really did need a separate interview room as where they did interview was in the middle of two training rooms and did become, on many occasions, too distracting to us who were trying to study, especially as we were asked to turn off our mobile phones as not to disturb others!”
