Graphic Design Course was nothing but dissapointing. I had problems with certain parts of Adobe InDesign. The so called online help is beyond useless. I spent two hours and nobody could help me. A complete joke when they told me they could not access the course. This issue was never rectified. The tutorials are boring and nothing I could not have learned on YouTube. There is no one to help in the so called Training Centre that can answer questions relating to the course I was studying. No books provided. A complete rip off course for the expensive fee I paid. They also put the wrong course title on one of my collected certificates, they couldn't even get that right. I will never use Pitman ever again.

They cancelled my training in middle of it,no support, no money. Dont recommend, just feel hopeless to sort the issue with them and wasted couple of thousands pounds!!

ALL PITMAN BRANDS ARE BRANCHES AND THEY DONT CARE EVEN BRANCHES DON'T CARE, LOST OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE, A POLISH WOMAN DID NOT EVEN HAVE A WAY TO SPEAK AND INTIMIDATING WITH MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COURSE. THE BRAND SELL THE BRAND BUT NOT QUALITY, I WENT OFF AND PAY LESS AND SAME KNOWLEDGE AND MY KNOWLEDGE IS BETTER THAN PAY ANY ANY BRAND FROM PITMAN TRAINING NEVER PAY THE MONEY THEY ASK, GOO FOR OTHER AND SAME KNOWLEDGE!!!! FROM £500 ONE SINGLE COURSE EXCEL TO £50 AND SAME CONTENT. F.OFF!!

I am trying to find out about lost certificates and their replacements. On the chat response on your website - I have been promised three times that I will be phoned or emailed back within 24 hours. I am quite desperate now as I have not received any response from anyone in this last month. What is a way forward in obtaining lost certificates. Cambridge were able to assist me on the website immediately and for a small charge.

Went all bad with Pitman Training Watford 2019 October paid in full for AAT level 3 + Excel 2013 + Sage 50 . Asking money back for courses that I haven’t start at September 2020 seeing my financial difficulties and pandemic situation no refund was accepted for 2000£ paid . It was told that it was paid an upfront but this doesn’t exist the trader HCPS Training Watford should’ve been paid all the amount at the date of enrolment in AAT course October 2019 . I don’t know where the money are apparently HCPS didn’t bought the course but don’t want to give the money back . Hopefully the court it’s gone decide justice it’s gone be done.

Took a course for my employee. Contact and support has been horrific from the outset. The woman at Worcester branch is impossible to talk to, talks over you and is in constant denial. My employee did three modules, completed the fourth and had no test paper. We then had the covid pandemic and has sent many emails about completing the course but the branch will not accommodate her. All she wants is the test paper. I will be looking elsewhere for all of my employees courses. I would not go to Pitman again purely from the service given by Worcester. Avoid!!

Cold called by no. 0235053587, when I looked it up it came up with Pitman Training Group. They hung up immediately.

Due to Covid, and no Computer or printer at home. I was unable to complete my course. Not once did the centre get in touch we me over the period from March up to August. It was I, who did the emailing. So now, I am out of pocket, of the fee I paid and with no completion of my course. This course, was taken, so I could help update my skills, to return back to the work place, so was my CV amended with the same details, to which I need to resubmit to all the agencies omitting Pitman course. If anybody is thinking of paying out a lot of money to do one of these course, I would think again, if something like this happens again and you unable to complete your course at home, you are in trouble, as no fee will be refunded.

Haven't received the support i needed from the start, awful at getting back to you, no understanding that there's been a global pandemic so I haven't been able to complete my training whilst the centre has been shut, due to not having the software I needed. Came into my course believing there would be 2 exams which is actually 5 now ive spoken with AAT directly. and that t here would be someone i could speak to when i dont understand a certain subject, however this is not the case. no warning that you're coming close to your expiry date, or that you're running behind where you should be, wasn't explained that extending a module for a month and paying to do so would in turn mean i have less time to complete my course. i understand that its in the contract that you have to complete a course within a certain time but i believe that for the money the course costs you should have more support and warning that you've only got some much time to do the rest and how much you actually have left to do to complete.

Its overpriced for what it is. Be careful everyone I’ve spend £1700 there and looking back now I wouldn’t spend that money on the material I was given and staff wasn’t always helpful when I needed them

Pitman Greenwich - AVOID!!!!! The worst experiece ever. They were all over me before I sing in and then I was let to myself. It's a money making organisation, if you wont pass the exam it's very hard to get clear feedback. It feels like they want you to fail so you will have to pay for retake. Very unprofesional service with rude attitude.

Avoid!! They are good at taking your money but there is no support afterwards. The exams are not taken in a quiet room. Poor setup, dirty computers, and no help when you are stuck. You have to chase them to upload the exam for marking and they don’t even send the certificates when you pass. Also the centre closes early when it states clearly that they are open till 8pm. I would never recommend Pittman’s. they also said that you can extend for free if you have not completed the course but they had the nerve to charge when I extended. I couldn’t complete the course due to personal circumstances but they did not chase me once, it’s appalling. I paid a lot of money for this course and i would never use this company again. You are better of studying with another company or going to college in the evening.

I attended a Pitman Centre for a Synoptic AAT Exam. Their setup is poor with very small screens - not ideal for spreadsheets - and a lot of candidates crammed into a small room. Biggest problem, however, was with their lack of competence to conduct the exam. I had a problem uploading answers but the invigilator had left the room(!!). She then advised me incorrectly meaning that my exam didn't get uploaded. Pitman's then failed to follow AAT procedures to send the exam up to AAT, lied about what had happened and tried to cover their back by accusing me of abuse! Their head office are only interested in helping cover up what happened. Pitman Training come across as unprofessional, dishonest and uncaring so long as they get your money. This situation could have been easily resolved according to AAT but Pitman's incompetence in failing to follow simple procedures prevented this. If you are considering training of this sort look elsewhere - there are plenty of more able suppliers.

They try to sell you the most expensive course, when you go to meet a career councillor. It’s very much a money oriented system. There are far better courses elsewhere for less than half the price of Pitman’s. Stay clear

Called Hammersmith several times on 30th August to book an AAT exam - each time went straight to a queue with no-one picking up so tried Wetherby call centre who took my details and said someone would call me back. Never happened so booked and took exam elsewhere.
