“Nice friendly staff, private area and clean environment.”

“The courses weren’t always working correctly and this made the training difficult for me to complete. I felt as though I was ‘making do’ and considering the price that you charge, I was slightly disappointed that it was not to a high standard. I would like to say how lovely the staff have been and how they are always willing to assist me when I need it. They are very knowledgeable and this really shows when I’ve queried something.”

“The staff were supportive and always ready to help, also due to the flexibility of being able to work from home or in the training centre I was able to work full time whilst completing my training. I believe it is brilliant working at your own pace training.”

“Pitman it's self is a good way of learning for some people but it didn't suit me. My only advice to anyone considering using pitman is to think of your learning style, if you learn via distance learning style, then pitman is for you.”

“I am really enjoying this course and the people are so lovely but I feel for the money it costs it could be better, there servers are constantly broken, whenever I start a new book I always have to ask them to put it on the system, I've had to chase up my grades a couple times now, and I don't feel as though it was set out right as I was given about 5 months to learn shorthand which I think is going to be impossible, they could also structure it better by giving you deadlines so you know how much you have to do and when you should aim to complete it as you have no idea how long or short the other books are. But I would recommend pitman and all the people are so friendly.”

“Very good organisation who are quick with responding to queries. Could do with providing more details on how each course works as I had to find some of it on my own and found I started the wrong half of the course first, but other than that, very good and would use again.”
