“Total scams! They charged me 80£ for hard disk diagnostics. After 3 weeks, absolutely nothing being done, the disk diagnostics never been proceeded so I cancelled the order.( Ref number 442104007404) I took my hard drive back however I wasn't entitled for a refund. This is outrageous.”
“My mother bought the TV Turbo-32” TXVAF 3265 tv on September 4,2021 with extended warranty with 5 years coverage for technical support with a replacement, the tv came but she needed a technician from day one, three days later it happened again so the technician took it without leaving a replacement tv because the remote control wasn’t in its the box. It’s the 21st of September & after multiple calls & visits to the store she’s still out of a tv. Horrible customer service”
“My credit card has been stolen and the hacker placed order in Plaisio.gr I contacted them and one nice guy in the chat support told me he will forward the message to sales department and they will call me..
I waited for 3 days, no response...
Then I call them via phone, and when the sales department spoke with me they refuse to suspend the order and even to listen to me!
They said if your visa card is hacked and used in our site we will not suspend the order till we got a call from the bank!!
we will not deal with the card owner !!!! Are u kidding me!!!
(Despite my explanation that in my country we have holiday for a week, and the bank will take a longer time to respond)
I told them I can send a copy of my visa card and even a copy of my passport just suspend the order!!
They don't care about the safety of their transaction and their reputation only the care about getting money...
not recommended and very very bad experience
