“Fantastic product! Feels great in my hands. Keeps the phone snug and secure. Love the headphone Jack and charging port on the bottom! Only downside is it’s hard to get certain games to load to use the controller.”

“It feels very nice--I got a similar mobile controller from a reputable brand, and the Backbone feels 10x more luxurious. I like how the controls feel and are very responsive. My iPhone 12 pro max fit very well without the case. My only gripe is if somehow, the controller could work with a phone WITH the case on. I think the reason I don't reach for it as often is because it's inconvenient to take off my Otterbox.”

“It was great, small and easy to take with me where ever I went. After a tiny bit of use the trigger wouldn't hold and would spam the aim button. After pressing the A button enough it would get a little sticky and would double click sometimes (bye bye double jump). After a bit the right analog stick also got sticky, not quite the stick, but the little flap underneath it. It helps the stick slide around, and for some reason is was like it was sticky or something. Besides all of the It was great, I could resolve some of the problems temporarily by blowing air into it but it soon after became sticky again. I still love using it though, its fun and portable, and I can use headphones on my iPhone 11 without an adapter. It's super comfortable and great for road trips.”

“I am enjoying playing some Games on backbone controller. I wish i can play PUBG with controller. Issue with controller is while playing game if any call or texts interrupt then controller stopped responding.”

“The device and the software implementation works as promised and has a solid build quality. BUT, I really wish they took into consideration iPhones using cases. As of the current model, it seems you have to take your iPhone out of its case before it will fit/work.”
