“Controls feel great, but the Xbox Cloud Gaming has bad latency even with good wifi and internet, not able to play many games in it”

“It’s a great controller but it feels very flimsy and delicate. All of a sudden my first one randomly lost control of the left side. They got me a replacement pretty quickly and they also threw in the Game Pass Ultimate with my replacement as well. Talk about customer service!”

“Backbone is awesome, only issue I have is when it tells me that it’s unable to connect to my Xbox which isn’t all the time.”

“Sickk Nasty!! You can clap kids on any game super easy. The buttons are a lil loud rn, but that will go away after awhile.”

“I’m going to give it 4 ⭐️ right now because it’s a Christmas gift for my grandson. So I will have to give another review once he opens it.”

“I love it but needs more updates to make it perfect.”

“Love everything about it. If i could change one thing, right side joystick placed a bit higher. My big hands dont work well with its placement. But otherwise great.”

“We’ll waiting for my pro max 13 adapter to come so I can actually use it fully so I can’t give it a real review yet”

“This is an awesome product. My only gripe is it doesn’t have a “start” or “back” button, which can make some games very difficult and in some cases impossible to play… hopefully the next model includes it and would allow people to trade in the old version for the upgraded version!!”

“Definitely well made and comfortable to the touch, no issues with any inputs, smooth graphics and transitioning to the game. Just wish the latency was a bit more stable for outside-of-the-house play but definitely no complaints as far as playing games with it.”

“The controller’s sticks make a squeaking sound (like spring rubbing inside) when you use them. I didn’t really liked that I was immediately forced into some subscription on the app, without even saying what this is and no way to skip it for later to do some research first - very disappointing approach.”

“Love the product, just wish it was more compact when you take it with you. That or a travel case. Other than that, works great!”

“The backbone is great, and it has very nice features built in! :)”

“Works very well with iPhone and has decent response time. Would like palm grips on the side of the controller for a better grip. Personally, the right thumb stick is too low and can cause hand cramps and hinder game play.”

“The Backbone is very stylish and ergonomic, extended play sessions go without notice! No cramping palms or uncomfortable thumbs positioning 👍🏽.”
