“Bought my son the Backbone for Christmas. He was very excited. The Backbone software can’t handle the load of new customers, I guess. He hasn’t been able to use it. Pretty worthless.”

“It sucks. I didn’t know I had to buy a $40 a month subscription to use it. Can’t get past the set up. Was a waste of money. It says you don’t need a subscription but it won’t let you past the set up without it. I would like a refund. I do not recommend. Sad yiu have to buy all these subscriptions just to play the games you already paid for. It’s a joke. I’m liking PlayStation products less and less.”

“If I am not wrong, it shows one year free service if sign up during my first use the adaptor. I just want to consider and setup later, and then free service period is 3 months only now. So I loss 9 months service I should have and be steal?”

“This was a waste of money for me. The controller doesn’t easily attach to my IPhone and the buttons are in an awkward position when trying to play a game. Not my best purchase.”

“My backbone quit working after 5 months. L1, L2, and the left joystick stopped working. I downloaded the backbone app on my work phone because I figured it was my personal phone not working it properly because of the new iPhone update, but that was not the case. I did a button test, and those three buttons were not working.”

“Unfortunately I think this is a scam. I ordered this item almost a month ago and while I had a delivery confirmation I never received the item. I also can find no information from my account with them. Beware of this company.”

“There is only one bad thing, they promise to give you a free year of access to Backbone + but it's not true, they have only given me a month of trial and I'm waiting for them to fix that or I'll return the equipment, on the contrary everything is fine with the control.”

“I bought the product. Was never delivered to my house. Contacted via email because no phone number was provided. Haven’t heard back from anyone yet for a refund. Very disappointed. I will be all over the internet about this if nothing is done.”
