“This system sucks! Packaging is good but the overall system doesn’t work for other iPhones like iPhone 11 or 12. And you have to pay for the games. Need to return item”

“It is extremely disappointing backbone wants you to add your credit card info just to log in and play, and after a year they want a monthly subscription. They sure don’t tell you up front about this and I feel like it’s a deceptive business practice. I would have never bought this had I known.”

“Got this for my son for Christmas and can’t get passed the set up process. Looking at the current reviews and their all having the same issues with their iPhones as well. Someone help or I want a refund! Not showing me it’s worth $100.00 right now..it’s also asking for credit card number and when I purchased it I was given a year subscription for Xbox. Please help!”

“Right out of the box, I plugged it in and it worked for one round of COD Mobile. Then on the next round my character kept turning in circles. Nothing stopped the action. Then I unplugged it, plugged it back in and it did not register at all. The charging function worked with the lightning port, but that’s it. I tried multiple games to make sure and nothing. How do I return this piece of junk. Not worth $80 bucks for sure. It’s not worth $10 after what I experienced.”

“My husband got this from me as a Christmas present. Has been unable to get into Xbox because he doesn’t have an actual Xbox console he plays an iPhone game War Machines that’s not supported by this device. I’d like to return it. Please advice how do I return it.”

“I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas and it didn’t work. She has a new iPhone, but the lightening charger on the backbone was loose and would push in when trying to connect to the phone. Very disappointed in the poor craftsmanship. Have to return for a replacement. Hoping the replacement doesn’t have the same problem. Big Christmas disappointment! :(”

“I was so excited to give this to my husband for Christmas at first I was worried it wasn’t going to get here but it did. So he opened it up on Xmas and it didn’t work. It wouldn’t connect and kept saying something went wrong. He was so aggravated after over an hour of trying to get it to work. I was so upset! He was so excited looking forward to this and it doesn’t work. I did email backbone hopefully they can send me another one or refund my money!”

“Merry Christmas! This controller only connects after 10 tries and once connected the buttons don’t respond. My son never made it past picking a emoji. Ridiculous, disappointing present on Christmas Day. Thanks a bunch backbone!”
