“i purchaced my Backbone 6/28/21 and have not received my 3 months game pass ultimate. The date is now 7/13/21 and i am still waiting for my game pass ultimate. When will i receive it i dont know, I only get emails telling me they will look into it. This is the worst thing i have to deal with. The reason i bought the Backbone is for the offer it came with otherwise i woudnt have bought it. by the length and time its taking to handle this stressful situation i think i should get an addition 3 months game pass ultimate. Checkout with the Backbone was easy, but seems like its hard for you guys to follow through with the 3 months gamepass ultimate. Would have given 5 stars but someone on the Backbone team aint giving what was said on the Backbone.com website.”

“I guess its my fault, but I was under the impression that I would get 3 months of game pass ultimate, unknowingly it is only for new game pass subscribers. Kind of upset that its not more clear about the promotion so I unfortunately feel duped. Now I have 3 months of GPU that are worth nothing.”

“I haven’t had this for very long and up until a couple days ago I loved it. For reasons unknown the left analog stick has become uncalibrated and the controller is randomly pressing or activating the button that takes a screenshot or initiates streaming without me pressing it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have tried to recalibrate the analog stick but without success... I now have a $100 brick of a controller that I can’t use.”

“When I got the thing, it worked as advertised, for one month. ONE MONTH!! After that , I kept getting notifications that my iPhone 11 didn’t recognize it. Please help.”
