“Tried to install the device on a Iphone 12 pro and Iphone 13 pro, on both the same message that accessoires does not comply . Both Iphones are IOS 15.4.1 Next i tried to return the package, but i don’t find a selected drop of station. So very disappointed”

“I never received my item and I’m unable to speak with anyone or get help. I was referred to the unites postal service that admitted delivery to wrong address but I have to wait 30 days file a claim with USPS but I purchased from Backbone which should have handled this matter and refunded my money. The was a gift for March 21 and it’s for April 12th and nothing.”

“It takes too long to set up Backbone and Xbox apps that incur additional un-needed costs. Also, there is no sound coming out of controller. Backbone mutes sound from cell phone once Backbone controller is hooked up to the phone.”

“Very displeased controller does not work. I even attempted to use with my laptop and could not get it function. When I reached out to support I was sent FAQ’s which was no help at all. I requested a refund and was referred back to FAQ’s. I would not suggest purchasing this product”

“Just made 4th payment and the left side of the controller already stopped working for no reason. Everything is clean and updated. I was wanting to order another one until this happened. Even normal Xbox controllers are less than $100 and last longer than this.”

“Absolutely sucks I plugged it into my phone and found out you have to pay for the app on top of the streaming service and unpluged my phone and put it right back in the box and I’m sending it back for a refund”
