“Well where do I start. I was in hospital when I got an email to say my Backbone had arrived so was looking forward to coming home to use it. I got home only to find the package was never delivered to me. I am disabled and have limited movement so I spoke to my neighbours and they did not have it. I checked my video doorbell and indeed confirmed a UPS driver had never even been to my address. These videos are excellent for court purposes. When I tried to contact Backbone online they gave me a link to FedEx and that was not even the courier that they used. It was UPS. I am disgusted by the way they just fobbed me off without even trying to help me. I will be taking this to the small claims court if not resolved by Backbone. I am on benefits and saved a long time for this product to give my Son for Xmas. I also had 2 friends about to place orders if they liked the look of my sons unit. Hence to say they are staying well clear of Backbone. Not happy at all.”

“You can’t “play your favorite games without a console” There’s no Xbox games or PS games you can play without connecting to your console. Google Stadia is shutting down and won’t let anyone create a new account. You can only play games from the App Store on your phone, and it’s not a good controller for that. False advertising, misleading, lame.”

“It will not accommodate a phone case, you will have to expose your iPhone and take it out it’s protected case in order to use, that is a problem, you would assume that the engineer’s for this item would of consider this.the chances of the iPhone slipping out your hand is most definitely there! Handle at your risk”

“I purchased the Backbone hoping to use it with my iPadPro 4th gen (USB C) I noted that the Backbone was compatible with the iPadPro but I did not note anything it what I read that it was not compatible with the USB C iPads. So it is now collecting dust Maybe I can Ebay it”

“Alors que dire. La livraison est longue près de 3 semaines d'attente pour le recevoir et le pompon c'est que tu as 35 euros de droit et taxes a payer loool vraiment. L'aplication backbone j'esperais que ce soit une application ou il y avait vraiment des jeux a jouer mais ce n'est qu'une facade c'est juste une application qui te dit quels jeu ta le droit de jouer et sur quelle application il y est mais pour y jouer vraiment c'est les applications de jeu pour téléphone tel que xbox cloud ou playstation remote rien de plus et il faut payer 50 balles pour un an mais la premiere année est gratuite mais il faut se rappeller de resiller avant parce que elle ne sert vraiment a rien cette appli. Et Xbox Cloud est payant donc je suis perdante dans tous les domaines.. Je me sens bien arnaqué la pour le coup... Donc appart Xbox cloud qui est bien pour le coup car tu peux jouer les jeux proposés mais payant le reste c'est un 0 pointé.. Je suis trés trés decue...”

“I’m trying to return my additional backbone that hasn’t been opened as I don’t need two. I got my first one wet and placed another order. I’ve been tryin to return it but I keep getting the run around with fake Order numbers offered by your reps to return the controller!!.. Can you please give me a valid return order number!!”

“I’d love to give a review. But I received my backbone several days ago. Hasn’t worked since I opened the box. I’m waiting on the warranty replacement. Maybe I’ll give a review then. Not happy with the experience at all so far.”

“I did not receive mine. I got no help on figuring out where it went. I tried reaching out to you guys but was told to speak with the courier that was supposed to deliver but they didn’t want to help either. Disappointed to spend so much and receive nothing.”
