“I like the product I really do but I everybody has phone cases on they phone so we don’t break it but can’t use the product unless the phone case is off!”

“It’s great for playing Xbox games and iPhone apps games but for PlayStation, you have to be close by the console and have the console on to play the games. Even then the connection drops and glitches, I get the concept but to me it’s not worth it. I’ll be returning it”

“Lightweight, easy to handle, connects with compatible games, not all games will connect to backbone for control use. Games available in backbone store are connectable. Make gaming 1000% easier to control.(Note: controller cannot scroll through items on screen so many touch will be needed, main screen options area) It’s lost 2 stars because somehow my joystick somehow disappeared and I’m not into disappearing tricks, especially on things I pay for. 2 stars loss for possible cheap materials used in the production of backbone I purchased.”

“You need time to get used to it , it’s hard because of left hand joystick but in other hand it’s really cool thing just one tip if you going to make others make left joystick little bit down not so high”

“The controller itself in terms of connectivity and response time is very good. However, I have had to send it back twice due to malfunctions with the controller. The costumer service is good and when the controller did break I would have another quickly and without much hassle. I would recommend the controller to those who like portable/mobile gaming but also wish backbone was a bit more reliable.”

“I purchased Backbone to play Diablo Immortal. The area that needs to be improved is changing the pre-set attacks. When I changed them, the game still showed the old attacks and would not let you modify others to fix the issues which created a conflict in the game. I am not a fan of using the screen controller and was looking forward to using the device.”

“I thought the initial price was a little bit high, but it seemed to be among the best that I could find in the mobile controller department. This is likely due to my own lack of research, but I had no idea there was a $50 recurring subscription to use the software for the controller (after a one year free trial). If the controller was just $100, it might be worth it, but with the subscription on top of that, it’s just not worth it for me. Nice controller, feels good, but just a bit pricey”

“As a device, really cool buttons and layout. As something that I would use often, poor. I have to take my case off every time. When I mentioned that on Facebook, instead of getting an explanation as to the unwise but cheaper design choice, I was told the BOLD FACE LIE, that most people don't mind taking the case off. Yes they do. They HATE that. Could it have been designed differently to accommodate a case? Sure, but that costs a few more cents per unit.”

“Quality of the control was 10/10, felt really good in your hands. Placement of the right joe stick was way to low, felt very uncomfortable. The real down fall, which made me return it asap was the fee of $50 a year after your “free” one year trial. No thanks ✌️”
