“The concept is great, but the quality is just okay. The buttons are somewhat small, and feel cheap or thin. The app, however, is very nice. Honestly, it seems like you’re paying for the app ($50/year, though the first year is free) and not the handheld. Overall, it’s fine, but I don’t think I would buy it again.”

“I wasn’t aware of the 49.99 annual fee. I’d rather just use the controller by itself than pay a yearly fee for other gaming services”

“buttons and triggers wise are ok, still getting used to the tactile feel of it. design could have been more compact like their competitor product. the way it snaps to the phone can be improved especially when you're trying to remove it from the phone. the sign up and setting up for the included is a big hassle. also there were problems with the promised bundled third party subscriptions. if it's quality and lifespan can wage better than it's competitor product that i've tried then it's good.”

“I really like it but when I got it the left bumper was missing :( it works well for playing Xbox games and I was really surprised to be able to play the new halo infinite. I hope Elden ring becomes available soon.”

“Every video u watch of people receiving this product opens a box as a package even reviews. Mine came in a crappy bubble wrap envelope. No protection for an item of this stature. Halfway want to send back to as its not as advertised n was probably stepped on and thrown around being the package was pretty beat up. U advertise a certain way n its not at all what u get.”

“Works pretty good sometimes but haven’t had any luck playing Xbox gamepass on it and it’s really hit or miss on Steam link. Most of the time I can’t get it to connect.”

“I dont know. I tried some game on PS4 and nothing is working. I tried some on apple apps games and some do work but don’t want to play those games and I want to play my game that I want to play on this. Anyway it’s okay. Not big favorite anyway.”

“The controller itself is great. But it’s a pain to take my case off my $1400 phone, making it unprotected just to use this. Goes from being a quick game of Call of Duty to a time I have to dedicate to sit down and take the case off and put back on. Wish there was a solution for this. Maybe pick a few popular cases and make some sort of adapter. I’d buy one in a heartbeat.”

“It only worked for well for Xbox games but other shooter games the joysticks were way too sensitive and no way to change the settings. Also the connector broke really easily which didn’t make me think it was very high quality. Hopefully the replacement will last longer than a week”

“It’s a really good thing to play Xbox games with on a strong WiFi connection like at home but outside of home it’s kinda bad and the game selection THERES a lot of games but not as many as you’d think considering what games u might actually own on Xbox that have nothing to do with the game pass but other than those 2 things I’d definitely recommend you pick one up play it for yourself and see if it’s right for u”

“Great feel and touch. However, after about 2 hours of use the L2 button stopped working. Currently waiting for word from the warranty dept. I will advise if this company is worth its cost.”

“Great product. The only issue is that many times the controller is plugged into the phone and the phone doesn't recognize it - it says controller not connected despite it being connected.”

“This is debatable, it doesn't automatically connect to my cod mobile account and gameplay on the cloud is not good at all. It requires you to download Xbox game pass through a safari app.... Had I known I wouldn't have purchased this”
