They mentioned that PlayerUp has not provided them with the relevant refund information. Although the refund transaction can be found in the card records, since the necessary details were not submitted to the bank, the refund will not actually appear on the credit card statement.\r\n\r\nUpdate 2025.1.3: They solve my issue today and they claim that the transaction cancellation is not correctly linked to refund mechanism. So I guess their telegram support channel is still working atm.\r\n\r\nOn November 5, 2024, I purchased a game account on the PlayerUp platform (Order ID: 10075166573) for $103 USD. However, the transaction was canceled because the seller refused to complete the deal through PlayerUp\u2019s system. After the cancellation, PlayerUp converted my payment into website credits instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method.\r\n\r\nI attempted to cash out the credits back to my credit card, which I used for the initial payment, but I never received the funds. Over the following weeks, I contacted PlayerUp\u2019s support through their Telegram channel and website messaging system. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my efforts were met with either no response or unhelpful replies.\r\n\r\nOn December 4, 2024, I finally received a message stating that my refund had been completed, but as of January 2, 2025, I have not received any funds in my account. Further requests for assistance through Telegram have gone unanswered, leaving me to conclude that I may never recover my money.\r\n\r\nWarning to Potential Users\r\nBased on my experience, I strongly caution anyone against using PlayerUp for any type of transaction. Whether the transaction is successful or not, you may encounter issues similar to mine, where funds are withheld or refunds are delayed indefinitely. Their lack of responsive customer support and opaque refund process raise serious concerns about the platform's credibility and reliability.\r\n\r\nFor your safety, consider using more reputable platforms with transparent payment and refund policies. Avoid risking your money on a service that may not have your best interests at heart."

"I have a serious problem and it is that they have not paid me and it has been more than 20 days. I reviewed them previously on another website to see if they made payment and I left negative feedback to the middleman and they responded very quickly to accuse me of spam. They suspended me and told me they wouldn't pay until I stopped spam. I accessed and deleted the comments, they restored me. The negative feedback to the middleman was never approved. It can only be described positively. If you speak ill of them, they suspend you and threaten not to pay you. Regarding the payment, the problem was KYC on their part with my payment method. I sent multiple forms of payment and nothing, I sent them an invoice and nothing. I asked them to cancel the withdrawal to request it by another method and they did not respond either. In the online chat they only say we will update your case shortly and nothing. If they suspend me again I will let you know in this review"
