“I've been playing June's journey for more than 4 . It started out as a fun game that had excellent features with in gameplay rather than having to spend money. When playtika took it over, it was evident that the value of prizes were reduced and expectations of spending money were greater. Now they even Target those of us who have spent money with more and more expensive deals ever increasing from what used to be $5.99 to now $19?99-$99.99. It's ridiculous. It's predatory. And now the one way many of us gathered diamonds a valuable currency in the game through gifting bushes has been impacted where now the prices you get for doing so are random, by chance. They took a feature many of us requested the ability to move bushes and worked it into something they could end up making money on. Their customer service is rude, slow and inadequate in their responses.”

“Ever since they bought Wooga, which makes the massively popular June's Journey, they saw dollar signs. They said they were going to do it in an initial public interview and sure enough, they did- slowly but surely turning all features in the game for Pay-to-Play, despite the enormous amount of ads we already click through just to advance. Another game that brought joy to so many ruined for the bottom line.”

“I began the June’s Journey voyage over a year ago. I found it challenging and relaxing at the same time, which is a dichotomy but somehow still true. I’ve seen a lot of changes lately and not for the betterment of the game itself or the players involved. This is a company, and as such deserves to make a profit, however they should balance that effort alongside a desire to entice newbies to join as well as maintain those long-standing advocates who helped it become such a huge success to begin with. Instead I see the opposite happening—it’s becoming almost impossible to play and compete without sinking into a money pit for which there’s no chance of returning from. Prizes are minimal for the exorbitant energy needed to achieve them and replenishing that energy now takes days or weeks in order to do so. I don’t mind spending money here and there on the game but when it becomes routine in order to play you can no longer advertise it as free. Either revert the bushes back to where we can continue to enjoy gifting coffee by receiving gems, and thus replenish energy, or it’s time for me to find another hobby.”

“I have played June's Journey for about 3 years. In the last year and a half or so the game has improved in many ways with competitions, contests, tasks, mini games & contests, & island decorations BUT recently Playtika has incorporated new changes that have taken the fun and competition out of the game. It seems that they just exist to get money from us. The shrub gifting program has changed to rob us of our daily diamonds that prevents us from giving out coffee that has rewarded the players with energy to play. That option has been reduced to half or even less rewards. We then have to spend real money to purchase items that can help us and our teammates in the game. I am very disappointed in the direction that Playtika has taken the game play. I want my daily shrubs back with the old rewards restored.”

“Your new bush system in June's Journey really sucks! So does the lack of snippet packs, and the ones you do get are all dejavu. I used to love this game and played throughout the day, but with the growing lack of concern for the happiness of the players I'm considering deleting it.”

“Their greed has destroyed what used to be the best game on the market. They have no concerns for their customers, wanting only our money, taking away every benefit ever given to help one advance in the game unless you spend copious amounts of money. And not a small amount of money. Items that were free last year are now $19.99 USD. Items that were $4.99 last year are now $39.99. This free game is far from free. They also created teams and competitions but the prizes are not worth the time, much less the cost to play. Players who have been with them from the beginning have had enough. Paying players are also done spending money to be disrespected.”

“They continue to tweak the game to force players to spend money to progress. The game would be a lot more fun without the admins' meddling. It's transparent what they are doing. Those of us who play this game are not happy at all. The game has turned into a money grab for Playtika.”

“You all are taking away our bushes that give us diamonds for play and to serve extra drinks!! Everyone knows this is GREED. It's NOT what the players ever asked for regardless of some interview saying that you all do what you can to make players happy. How can taking away bushes that give guaranteed diamonds make people happy? Getting bushes with random rewards is the worst! Or at least let the players CHOOSE their rewards! This is beyond ridiculous! If you're going to sell the game, sell it and be done with it, so another company can fix up these mistakes. Better yet, let Wooga have control of their game back. This is NOT a gambling so please stop trying to make it one!”

“When i joined this game a few yrs back it was the best. Now you are forced to buy items, like Dimonds and even if you buy snippets they are worthless most times. This game has gone down hill fast”

“Junes Journey has always been such an amazing game to play until Wooga sold it to Playtika who are nothing but money grabbers. Don’t be fooled by this so called “Free game” as it is nothing of the sort, Playtika has managed to make what was fun into a full time job with the constant competitions side games and then the Most ridiculous one of all The League. Now to top it all of they have taken away one of the few things that helps players progress In the game in hope that it’s players will spend even more money than we already do! Bring back the bushes Playtika!!! You have lot of faithful players that are sick of your GREED!!!!”

“I have played Junes Journey for over 2 years....I also play 2 other games for the same amount of time. Neither of my other games has taken away anything from their players. They have added items or changes but NEVER taken away or changed what we already have. Playtika on the other hand has been on the total opposite spectrum. I realize all games have the option of spending money to enhance your playing but Playtika is taking it to a new level. Changing so many different things and taking away whatever they perceive as being able to help the player. Also adding competitions that require these items they take away hoping that we as players will cave and buy what we need now. Greedy is not even a good enough word to describe this company.”

“Latest update where the bush gifting system has been changed is terrible! Give us back our old bushes that gave a small daily income of diamonds. New bushes are terrible. Awful prizes. Really unhappy as are 1,000s of players. :(”
