While it's understandable gaming companies want to make money, there is a balance. Without players, they won't make money. By being too greedy too quickly when purchasing existing games, they destroy them. They are already making plenty of money from June's Journey - but they had to go for more. It's taken the fun out of the game. Instead of taking into account the concerns of thousands of their customers (and yes, we are their customers because we bring in revenue watching all those advertisements), they instead give us snarky responses to our feedback or totally ignore us. I quit playing. The game used to be fun and relaxing. Now it has become a chore, and an expensive one at that. There are a lot of other choices out there - I've moved on.

I started playing June's Journey in the fall of 2020. The game has deteriorated so much since Playtika took it over and especially over the last year that it's becoming more of a job and not nearly as enjoyable. Hundreds of players have been voicing their discontent in multiple social media groups for months. The company has shown time & time again that their primary focus is to turn players into cash spending customers, rather than a loyal fan base. Their prices are going higher & higher in order to continue making progress in the game. Do not be fooled when you read it's a free game!

Unfortunately it has become a very greedy company. More competition less rewards for players. The latest move to switch out Diamond guaranteed bushes for oh what they heck you might get bushes just doesn’t look like something a player would be happy with. Been playing since the game started with each buy out the game gets not better for the players maybe for the owners. You will loose your loyal players . Not sure you care .

This game used to be enjoyable to play until they sold it. The new owners are doing everything they can to make you spend money on the game now. There used to be bushes that you got diamonds from which we used for a 2nd cup of coffee. They now took those bushes away and gave us new bushes yielding coins, building supplies or compasses which are not needed. We need our diamonds to get enough coffee for energy to play the game and competitions. You are just making this game all about spending real MONEY. Shame on you like you don’t make enough money. Not enjoyable now!!!

This company has made deliberate changes to the game of June’s Journey to the detriment of it’s long time players and players who begin now will find the game very frustrating unless they spend a lot of real money… just terrible!

The company is very greedy - it's all about setting the game algorithms so you're required to spend money if you want a reasonably good gaming experience even though you're required to watch a ridiculous number of ads during play, and the customer service is terrible - either non-responsive to players inquiries, requests and complaints or combative. They have made a ton of 'errors' in rolling out items that benefit players, then take them back without compensating players for the resources they've used to purchase these supposed errors. If you're willing to jump through hoops by contacting them at least 5 times, you MIGHT get your resources back.

Wooga has just taken away one of the only ways we could guarantee receiving free diamonds in Junes Journey. We need these diamonds to play the game and should not be required to purchase them. Many of the players are leaving the game because of it. Diamonds need to be equal. If you win first place in competition you might get 15 but if you miss a scene in STB you start at 35 and goes up from there. First you set the timer in STB so low there is no way you can get all the items then you do that for 3 to 4 scenes (35, 40, 45, 50 etc) Ridiculous!!!

On Junes Journey our group shared every day, 1 red bush and 2 blue bushes,so all got a guarantee of 11 diamonds. We exchanged these bushes for diamonds to share at least 2 drinks per night, giving us more energy to play longer every day and to do all comps. These new bushes are pretty but I want at least the red and blue bushes back as they were, they don't have to be moveable. I love the game but hate the new bushes exchange.

The bush change. Prices up, rewards down. I have received bushes everyday since our bushes were changed, I have only received 1 diamond

The new plant rotation in June's Journey is absolutely awful and has affected so many people from enjoying the team part of the game. This is the second time they sneakily tried to get players to spend more money- to line their pockets while taking away all the fun. If things don't change they will lose players.

The changes in the bushes sucks. And it is too expensive to buy the items needed. Plus the game seems to have different glitches for different people.

Changing a beloved game so that you can force the players to spend money is a terrible move. In an interview, the president of this company talked about the importance of keeping existing players happy. Making changes to force people to spend money is not the way to do this. You also spoke of being able to predict, through your algorithms, what players would do and how much they would spend. Good luck with that.

I have been playing June's Journey for more than 3 years. This is a beautiful, fun game that I play for neurological benefits. Playtika bought out the devs, and since then they gave been reducing game rewards while pushing us to spend real cash to buy items we used to be able to earn in the game. This is already the most ad-heavy game I have played and I happily supported it with monthly purchases. But they are now so greedy it has taken all of the joy out of playing. My team (and thousands of others) are now boycotting due to their most recent bait and switch.

The pressure to make players pay to play is spoiling the June's Journey game for players. Algorithms make some players pay twice as much for the same item as other players and getting a good value purchase may put you in a millionaire-only algorithm for special offers. Totally unfair and highway robbery. It was a great game before Playtika started screwing the players.

Totally ruining my gaming experience now that you have change the bush gifting. A synical person would say its all done for monetary gain by yourselves in the hope that players would now spend their hard earned money to buy diamonds that they no longer are able to receive from the previous red and blue bushes. Diamonds are an integral part of the game to enable teams to share coffees amongst the member thus gaining some energy from said coffees. This will backfire on you as people for their own reason may not be able to spend money on a game when like myself a disabled pensioner struggle to pay bills and buy food so there isn't any spare cash to spend on a game to line your pockets

Too many changes that are forcing the players to spend cash to play. Not good.
