“I dislike the way the undereye cream is packaged. There is very little product in each tiny tube and with my arthritis, it is very difficult to squeeze out the last drop!@ I really liked the pump dispenser much more as it was very user-friendly.”

“I love how Plexaderm works, but the packaging is kind of annoying. I liked the jar better than the tubes, only because it’s very hard to get the product out. I’ve been cutting mine in half. Other than that, I will never be without Plexaderm! Thanks!”

“I kèep buying it but it doesn't last long and the new packaging is awful get much less”

Hello Donna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please remember only a half a pea size drop is needed when applying the product. The new packaging actually contains more product then the previous iterations.

“I'm not very happy...At first I was, that's why I bought so many bottles( I wanted to give them as gifts) but I started getting them back because they couldn't get them to pump the product out!!!(embarassing) The rapid reduction serum is what I'm talking about.....”

“Most users are probably seniors with arthritis. I hate the little tabs with the peel off cover. Very hard to open. Also I never use the entire amount and once opened it dries out quickly and is wasted. I haven’t tried the twist off caps yet. I liked the original dispenser best. The product works very well for me.”

Hello Leslie, When applied to a clean dry face not in conjunction with any other product there should not be any residue from the product. Half a pea sized drop is all that is required to obtain the results.

“For the most part it is fine. I have 3 bottles where the product doesn't come out of the bottle. That is ahige waste of money for me. Also the product when you sweat doesn't work the bags come back. Finally it doesn't work with makeup. I am trying new products.”

“I like Plexaderm but I do "not" like those small applicators. Very difficult to squeeze the last drop unless you use a pair of plyers!!!! What made you think they would be easier to use??”
