“I have enjoyed Plexaderm for many years, but the new packaging is Absolutely horrible, the product it thick and unmanageable to work with The pump was by far the best to use, it had occasional issues but worked 95% of the time. “As an aging person who has many difficulties using their hands and fingers. It is hard to manipulate the small individual packets. It is so much easier in the pump canister. I hope you think of the older generation (+55 yrs) that love your product and want the easiness to keep using. Hopefully, you have another plan to not only help me but other users.”

“Love the product, hate the packaging. So much waste. I can get two uses from one pack, which is great for something this expensive. There's enough Plexaderm for a third application, but the product turns to the consistency of Play-Doh by then.”

“I can't understand why I have a demarcation line where the Plexiderm ends on my eyes. I've been using this for years and know how to use it. It leaves a faded brown area under the eyes in the middle of the day.”

“I really love this stuff, but I wish I could get the older pump bottle because I really don’t like the new tubes that the plexaderm comes in now , to me it doesn’t seem like there is very much in the tubes and I can’t hardly squeeze them because of arthritis in my hands, there fore I haven’t been ordering as much and as often as I did before”

“I am 70 years old and have large bags under my eyes and had tried several things to try to reduce them but nothing seemed to work. We saw the adds for Plexaderm on TV and I told my wife several times I should try it and finally Rhonda said just do it the worst thing will be is it doesn’t work and we get our money back. We’ll it has worked very well and we are very pleased with it.”
