“I can't understand why I have a demarcation line where the Plexiderm ends on my eyes. I've been using this for years and know how to use it. It leaves a faded brown area under the eyes in the middle of the day.”

Hello Suzanne, If you are ever experiencing any residue from the product we recommend using less of the product per application.

“Personally, I do not like the new packaging. I feel it is difficult to get all of the product out of the individual tube.”

“I absolutely love Plexaderm. I have been using it for a couple years and will continue to do so. My only issue is the new packaging. As seen in the picture, so much of the product is wasted as you cannot dispense all of it from the small tubes. I truly hope you’ll go back to the pump bottle you used previously.”

“I dislike the way the undereye cream is packaged. There is very little product in each tiny tube and with my arthritis, it is very difficult to squeeze out the last drop!@ I really liked the pump dispenser much more as it was very user-friendly.”

“The rapid reduction serum is good but a bit to drying & flaking.”

Hi Maxine, If you are experiencing any residue it usually means you may be using to much of the product. Half a pea sized drop is all that is needed.

“Love the product! Very effective and does what it claims. Would have given it a five, but the priming on the pump mechanism when first using each bottle leaves much to be desired.”
