“Sometime it is dry under the eye, causing makeup to look messy”

Hello Gwendolyn, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Moisturizers and make up can be used with Plexaderm so long as they are water based.

“Your product is amazing. I use it when I do not get a good night sleep and it tightens the bags under my eyes. I bought it for my mom and she is addicted to the product, the only reason I gave it a 4 is because the packaging can be better. My mom is cutting the tubes open and using a pin to get all of the product out. I know you are working on it, Thankyou.”

“Plexaderm definitely works as advertised! It just takes a little practice to get the right amount so it isn't flaky or whitish in color. The new mini tubes are easy to take on trips or to carry around, but difficult to get all the product out without cutting it open. Once I did, I found enough for at least another treatment, and a little more. Still, a great product.”

“Plexiderm would be perfect if the serum did not cake up after it dries. I always have to check in the mirror to see if the serum isn't caked up even if I am careful in applying the solution and do not put as much on.”

Hi Ruth, We appreciate you taking the time to leave such an honest review. If you ever feel that the product is leaving residue this is usually an indicator of using to much per application, half a pea sized drop is all that is needed to attain results.

“The product needs to be sold in the bottle again. The small round dailies is wasteful. I won't be buying your product anymore because of this. When/if this changes I will happily purchase again.”

“I think it helps with my appearence, but I have a lot of wrinkles and there just isn't quite enough in one tube to do the job. My husband says it makes me look much better so I will be reordering.”

“I am very disappointed in the new application holders. I have a very hard time getting the product out and on to my finger. If I’m lucky I’ll get two applications out of this tube. Also very difficult to squeeze once you are close to it being empty. I love the product. Not sure I will purchase again”

“Product definitely tightens bags up from under eyes. I would give it 5 Stars if they could figure out how not to make it look like you just woke up and didn't wash the dry spots under your eyes. If you could add a moisturizer that helped Plexaderm blend into your face this product would be Perfect. Almost a One Step Put It on and your Finished Product. Just My Thoughts but Overall good Job.”

“I love the Plexaderm and use it almost every day. The new packaging was wonderful, EXCEPT the plastic the little tube is made of is way too thick. My biggest complaint with the original packaging was that if you didn't use it right away the product would dry out. With the new tube packaging it is extremely hard to get any more than two applications out of it. I've learned to cut the bottom end off and use a q-tip to get the remainder of the product out. SUGGESTION - us a more flexible plastic tube.”

“I have been using Plexaderm for over a year now and I love it. However, I inadvertently ordered those cards and they were absolutely horrible. I used two of the cards and then became so frustrated that I discarded the remainder of that box and the remaining boxes. I really don't like throwing money away but I had no choice. I thought about not ordering Plexaderm again, but since it was my fault for ordering the wrong item and I do love Plexaderm I have ordered twice since but have made certain not to order those cards.”

“The product works as advertised. After about 10 min, or when it dries, the puffiness under my eyes is gone. My only complaint is the packaging. The tubes you use do not dispense the entire product. There's a lot of waste. I have been cutting them open once I can't squeeze any more product out and there's still a lot in there. The old dispenser was superior in my opinion.”

“Love the product, hate the packaging. So much waste. I can get two uses from one pack, which is great for something this expensive. There's enough Plexaderm for a third application, but the product turns to the consistency of Play-Doh by then.”
