“Plexiderm is an excellent product. Makes you look 10 yrs younger! I've used product for years. I'm very displeased with your packaging..hard to squeeze those new little tubes. Lots get wasted because it squirts out cause too stiff tubes!! I've called in.. just a few months with that complaint!! The bottles were great”

“I like the product, but I don't like the delivery system. The small tubes are hard to squeeze out. Combining all the tubes and putting it in one large tube and making it more plyable so it comes out of the tube easier would be my suggestion. It's too hard to use the way it is.”

“I LOVE Plexaderm, makes all the difference in the world! What I DON'T like are the new containers. I love the one bottle, the little vials are difficult for my arthritic hands. By the time I get it squeezed, too much comes out. Anyway, love the product, hate the packaging! Can still find bottles online on different sites.”

“Plexaderm is a great product. However, the packaging still needs improvement. I don't care for the new packaging at all. It is too hard to get all of the product out of the tiny tube. I have the same complaint with the prior pump packaging; too much waste, especially for the price. The product is wonderful, just put it in a normal tube!”

“Product is great! I use it daily! I have ordered this product for years. I have been struggling with the small packets. I’m not a fan of them. I don’t think I am getting all the product out due the thickness of the container. Bring back the pump or put it in a foil tube, Thanks”

“Hi, The packaging for Plexaderm I feel is better than the previous packaging however I feel that we are not getting the amount of the previous packaging it lasts longer but I feel we got more in the previous package it just tended to dry up before you used it all. I would use it every day but I feel for the price I need to use it sparingly and make it last. If it was more for the same money, which I feel would be a better deal I wouldn't feel I need to use it sparingly. Love the product and I have very puffy under eyes. I have used this product since the syringe days and have wasted alot of product between the syringe and the pump bottle. Thanks Kerry Walker”

“I love plexaderm but I do not like the little tubes it comes in now. It is more of a waste, it doesn't seem to last as long as the pump bottle. If you have any of those I would buy them. I don't think I will be buying those little tubes anymore.”

“I have been using Plexaderm for a number of years. It truly works and the results are amazing. However the product now has new packaging. Instead of the single pump device. It comes in small individual packets. I find it most difficult to get all of the product out of the package. The original canister was far better.”

“The new resealable tubes are a pain in the butt to get all the product out of. I have had to use a pair of pliers to squeeze the tube. The tube needs to be easier to squeeze. I’m a 58 year old male with arthritis.”

“The product does what it says it will, unlike most skin products. I liked the pump bottle because you could control the amount you use. But I never knew how much was left. As an older person the little individual packets are sometimes difficult to open. I only use it on my under eye bags so I find myself wasting some because I can’t reseal it and it drys up quickly. However you package the product I will continue to use at as I haven’t found anything that works better.”
