“I love the product but would prefer it in a bottle. I always cut the plastic in half after it stops coming out to get the rest of the serum.”

“Your product is amazing. I use it when I do not get a good night sleep and it tightens the bags under my eyes. I bought it for my mom and she is addicted to the product, the only reason I gave it a 4 is because the packaging can be better. My mom is cutting the tubes open and using a pin to get all of the product out. I know you are working on it, Thankyou.”

“It works great for under eyes but not so much for deeper wrinkles on face,although on tv it shows it does.but overall it helps for my eyes not to be puffy. Thanks plus I've learned the hard way don't buy to far ahead.”

“I love Sheer Science..I started using it after I stop selling Mary Kay. I really like the cleanser with peppermint exfoliating products. The day moisture seemed to tighten my skin.. the Hyaluronic pads and serum is well needed at night.after cleanser. The price Wes with coupons Was good. But as we all suffer from high Rents and groceries.. I slowed down on purchasing..but will soon Continue. I am 76 still working Pt. Thank you patsy carlson”

“Plexaderm definitely works as advertised! It just takes a little practice to get the right amount so it isn't flaky or whitish in color. The new mini tubes are easy to take on trips or to carry around, but difficult to get all the product out without cutting it open. Once I did, I found enough for at least another treatment, and a little more. Still, a great product.”

“Plexiderm would be perfect if the serum did not cake up after it dries. I always have to check in the mirror to see if the serum isn't caked up even if I am careful in applying the solution and do not put as much on.”

“I purchased your product and for the most part, I am satisfied. However, I have two tubes of your product and the dispenser does not work. I tried the suggestion your customer service department give to try and correct the matter but it still will not pump the product. I thought they would replace the bottles but have not heard from them.”

“I love Plexaderm, but I HATE the new packaging of product, I much prefer the pump. It gets the correct amount to use. The new way of peeling back the foil wrapping and then not needing the full amount, is so wasteful to customer. Then you then loose all the Plexaderm for use next time. I am hearing this from many customers. GO BACK TO THE PUMP!”

“While I like the product, I am less than satisfied with the containers. I have had both the pump container and now the small twist tops. The pump container failed 2 out of 3 times, a very expensive waste of product. And the twist tops are made of a hard material whereby you cannot get all of the product out before having to throw it away, again, a big waste. Due to the container issues, I am looking for a new product.”
