“I really like your product. A little difficult to get the product out of the container. What I really like is you don't continuously send it every month, I order when I want it. That is a big plus when it comes to ordering from your company.”

“I love the product, but the delivery system is awful. The pump was much better. I get maybe 1 and a half uses per tube now. Awful. Such a waste. I think I'll take a pause and hope for something better to come along. I had a lot of the pumps and a couple were defective. More than likely a engineering problem or quality issue at the factory. I was a quality engineer for AT&T. When we made every step of the process inspected quality issues went way down. Just my thoughts though.”

“Although I believe the product gives me a nice smooth complexion, the new tubes are difficult to use for older fingers. I am assuming most customers with wrinkle issues are older, the older customers may also have stiff fingers. The bottles were much more user friendly.”

“Plexiderm is an excellent product. Makes you look 10 yrs younger! I've used product for years. I'm very displeased with your packaging..hard to squeeze those new little tubes. Lots get wasted because it squirts out cause too stiff tubes!! I've called in.. just a few months with that complaint!! The bottles were great”

“Plexaderm is a great product. However, the packaging still needs improvement. I don't care for the new packaging at all. It is too hard to get all of the product out of the tiny tube. I have the same complaint with the prior pump packaging; too much waste, especially for the price. The product is wonderful, just put it in a normal tube!”

“I love plexaderm but I do not like the little tubes it comes in now. It is more of a waste, it doesn't seem to last as long as the pump bottle. If you have any of those I would buy them. I don't think I will be buying those little tubes anymore.”

“I have been using Plexaderm for a number of years. It truly works and the results are amazing. However the product now has new packaging. Instead of the single pump device. It comes in small individual packets. I find it most difficult to get all of the product out of the package. The original canister was far better.”

“I have always loved your product, Plexaderm, and have been a consumer since first trying it. I believe II first used the product was when it was sold in a large plastic hypodermic-style dispenser when I purchased it under a different name at a shop inside the Caesers Resort Hotel in Las Vegas. I'm glad it went public so more people can enjoy its benefits. I appreciate you trying to improve the dispenser over the years but wish the style you finalize would contain more than two applications. Regardless, you still have a customer for life.”
