“Your product works very well. However, your change from the pump to the tiny squeeze dispenser is very difficult to get anything out. I don’t like it at all. Do you have another way to get the cream out and on to my finger?”

We are currently working to make changes to the tubes to make them easier to use. While we do not have an exact time frame for when this will be done please know it is an upmost priority of ours. Applying pressure to the bottom of the tube should help the product dispense through the opening.

“I’m very pleased with Plexaderm for under eye bags. I’ve been using it every day for over a year. I always make sure I have a steady supply of it. It really works to minimize puffiness! As a suggestion: I would love it if they came up with TINTED Plexaderm. As it is right now I have to use a water based tint to cover the darkness that’s left once the puffiness is hidden. I mix the tint with the Plexaderm and that works to hide the darkness under the eyes. Your product is amazing and I will continue to use!”
