One MAJOR drawback is the customer service department . Sadly the lady I spoke with had absolutely no product knowledge nor was she able to resolve my problem. Assembly manual incorrectly instructs that the doors of cabinet can be removed by loosening a screw but that is impossible, the entire door has to be unscrewed to be removed, something that 'customer services SHOULD have know without asking me to take photos and send them in for analysis.
All that said the product is superb and excellent value for money”
